Have purchased tires from Discount Tire for years now, originally shortly after they opened. Great selection of tires and can order tires as long as they're available from other stores or their distributors (my last tires I ordered were ordered from their site, and this store was out of stock, so they found some other Discount Tire shop to ship the tires to them via UPS... store was willing to give me a deal on something they wouldn't have to ship, instead, but I wanted the specific tires and they didn't give me issues when I declined their alternate option).
Their tire certificate/warranty add-on is priced reasonably & is extremely easy to use. I've had un-patchable sidewall damage 3 times (nail close to the edge, sidewall tear, and sidewall blowout), and it's always been a seamless process to get the tire replaced under the tire certificate warranty.
To top it off, they offer free flat repairs. I've been there twice in the last 2 weekends to have them take care of a screw in my tires (2 different cars), and even though no appointments were available on their site, getting there at opening and getting on their schedule resulted in free flat repairs within about an hour of drop-off.
Great staff, great prices, and great customer-first policies. I'll undoubtedly continue to get my tires here in the future.

We made an appointment for our Class C motorhome, ordered tires to be shipped there only to be told when we got there ( 50 miles, hour and 20 minute drive round trip) that they could not handle the job. The excuse being that whomever made the appointment didn't understand what a Class C was. How about training your people before wasting our time and expensive diesel gas, let alone the gas for my car when I followed him there.

I purchased three new tires via their website. Arrived to have them installed. Car was on the lift. They come out and tell me they accidentally put our tires on someone else’s vehicle. They had to order new tires and we have to come back another day to have them put on. Accidents happen, but it seems like one that could’ve easily been avoided if people were paying attention. They did give me a 5% refund for the inconvenience so at least they made it right. But it’s still a very big inconvenience when you plan your day around having service done on your car.

I continue to bring all of my cars here and I'm always satisfied. The online appointment process is easy and when you arrive for your appointment everything is super smooth. Highly recommended.
Edit: back again today for another appointment, in and out in 30 minutes.
