Worst cvs pharmacy staff ever. They close the drive thru early for "lunch" and will slammed gate shut right in your face and of course will never answer the phone or come to the phone when you call the regular line. Terrible customer service, they couldn't care less about customers or their "health" here. Do yourself a favor and go to the next one, esp if you're sick. I'm still waiting for a call back and was refused the district managers info.

This review is for the pharmacy ONLY! I was in the drive through line at 1:24 pm with one person in front of me and no one behind me. I know the pharmacy closes at 1:30 so I debated on just going in but the person in front of me completed his transaction and started to pull away at 1:26. I pulled up to the window and the person at the window shut the screen in my face. I understand the need for a lunch break but stick to the schedule you inform the public on (and the sign clearly states: closed 1:30-2:00) Even if they were concerned that my pick-up would make them lose some of their lunch time, common courtesy and basic customer service etiquette dictate at least addressing me instead of pretending I wasn’t there.

Issues with the Pharmacy. They had my prescription on hold for a week, went up there. They said it could be picked up the following day. Well wow the prescription was out of stock the next day! Won't be back, went to a different CVS and got the prescription within 10 mins.

Constant issues with filling prescriptions and frequently errors with insurance makes this place just not worth it.

Rudest pharmacy ever. I needed to update my new insurance card for prescription, I hand him the car and he looks at me with the most disgusted look I’ve ever seen and says “what is this Medicaid, do you think that’s gonna cover it“ followed by him literally rolling his eyes. He Goes to the computer, not even long enough to type in a single number comes back up to me and says “I’ve got nothing for this you, that’s not gonna cover it.” This wasn’t any crazy medication, very common, and was clearly covered by my insurance. I asked how much it would be out-of-pocket, he said you probably can’t afford it. I felt like I was in a bad dream, I just started nervously laughing and left because I could not believe what was happening. FYI It wasn’t even Medicaid, but even if it was, that should never be an issue. As someone who was once on Medicaid when I was going through a difficult financial time, I was disgusted by his behavior. I refuse to give that pharmacy my business. It’s almost like they tried to hire the most incompetent, unfriendly, stuck up pharmacist in the country. I don’t know what his name is, but if your that miserable, you need to find a new profession.

Jacob G, Wanda & Laura are always very friendly and willing to help with anything you need. I love this CVS at Indian Land and they make coming here a great experience.

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ON A BUSY 12/19. I HAD A VERY LARGE CART AND THE CHECK OUT CASHIER DID PERFECT: PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY AND I HAD COUPONS AND HEALTHY BENEFITS CREDITS. I NEEDED HELP IN SEVERAL DEPARTMENTS AND EVERY EMPLOYEE TOOK ME THE PROPER AISLES. NURSE GEE

Went to the minute clinic on Monday the 18th and I believe her name was Ashley was amazing. I had a spider bite the day before and at 11 on Monday my arm had become inflamed and swollen. By 4:30 it was even worse and attempted to go to 3 urgent cares, called 5 more and no one would see me. As soon as I spoke to the nurse practitioner at Minute Clinic and showed her my arm, she made it a priority to squeeze me in. She was able to prescribe antibiotics and my arm was better in 2 days. Thank you for taking the time to see me! Would definitely recommend!

THE PHARMACY HERE IS THE WORST, WORST EMPLOYEES, i always had the worst experience every time i am here they are always complaining that they are understaffed and they make you wait for no reason, but today was too much, so i know that this happens with them every time and as i make my way to the pharmacy from my kids pediatrician i call them in advance to see if the prescription is ready they said it will be at 5:07 ok i go on car line around 5:15 the lady at the window said that the medication is not ready and it wont be in another 30-40 minutes, i got so frustrated and told her i called in advance she then said i have to make another round and the medication will be ready, i did when around the line again WITH 2 SICK KIDS ON THE BACK COUGHING, when i come to the window same thing the medicine is not ready, she tells me if i dont leave she will call the police on me how rude and incompetent of herI had to drive go inside wait another 30 minutes with sick kids until the medication was ready, my daughter was coughing and all the staff was looking at her and being rude to herThis is the worst experience i had with the pharmacy, arent they supposed to be all about helping peopleRUDE RUDE RUDEI wont be coming back i will have to transfer to another pharmacy so i wont have to deal with this anymore

I would FIRE every each employee in this pharmacy it's abnormal how they can get away from it I just don't understand how the corporate don't do something about it its beyond words awful awful people I just don't understand how can you pay employee for such a poor service it's unbelievable

CVS staff are consistently helpful, knowledgeable of product location, and willing to provide hands on assistance to shoppers. I have never been greeted, assisted or held a conversation, where the representative was not wearing a smile. They treat their customers like extended family, and make you feel comfortable and welcomed while shopping.
