Came in to switch our internet over to Comporium. No hassle at all, super quick transaction, in and out in 15 minutes max. Wasn't upsold on anything which was refreshing!

She explained everything but I was told on Jan that my bundle would extend to Stil n she said my price went up about 20 starting with March. I feel your prices are too high bc your streaming service isn't the best n your Internet isn't the fastest.

My current bundle price is coming to an end. I called the consumer service department who offered a 16% monthly increase. I was very annoyed so I went to Comporium's local store. Tristian Miller was very helpful and said very quickly that my plan could continue for another year with no increase. Thanks Tristian!

Customer service with Comporium is outstanding. Whether at the local store or via our representative Chuck Brown - they are always so helpful and friendly. I only wish their streaming services were competitively priced!

Terrible experience and overall very poor customer service. We were loyal customers and paid on-time for several years. We updated payment information one month and they failed to withdraw payment. The next month, we found out when they deactivated our account. We called and paid in full as soon as we were aware, and after taking full payment, they told us they would have to run a credit check and need an additional security deposit (they kept the previous security deposit), and we'd have to sign a new contract and start a new account. We will be using a different internet service provider moving forward for home and business.

Incredible service - $70 for 300 down AND up. In 4 years there were only 2 outages I noticed.I wish I could keep them but sadly I had to relocate to Columbia. I hope they expand here because they're a million times better than Spectrum.My only complaint is I had to crimp my own rj-45 because they wanted to charge for it :< but i forgive them since the service was stellar.

This is the worst internet service provider on the western hemisphere of the planet. When the internet is working its thrash. I've never had this service and it made sense. I called to have my internet speed changed which resulted in a complete lost of internet and no one can figure out what happened. My static ip address gone completely and the tech support rep then proceeds to ask me if i know what the static ip address is so he can reset the modem. Sure SIR i can also give you the formula for fuel ratio to weight density for a space shuttle to reach pluto. i have all the answers to your job and others ... While all of this is going down my brother who works from home is kicked off his zoom meeting and I still can't get any answers as to how upgrading my speed resulted in a complete loss of internet. And whatever manager is reading this please don't respond the only thing I would like to hear is that another internet provider is coming to the area so I don't have to talk to yall ever again

I went into the Indian Land office this morning to have a young man named Tristin Miller help this old lady out. He was very pleasant and very well manored. I was having a terrible morning and he took his time...solved my problem and explained things in away I could understand. Thank you very much to this young man....Tristin Miller. Wsh all customers service was like this.

I am very pleased with the fiberoptic internet subscription and installation service from Comporium. Our technician Josh did an outstanding job and went out of his way to help me install my mesh network, which he didn't have to do. I am very grateful and impressed with this company so far, and I hope Josh gets a raise or a promotion (or both)!

The rep was amazing! Stayed on the phone nearly 90 minutes until every question was answered and my problem was resolved. Possibly the best experience I have ever had with tech support or customer service!
