“A damn good shop! It’s so hard to find a good & honest mechanic & these folks have went above and beyond and I can’t thank them enough or be more appreciative! I don’t feel like I’m being taken advantage of, they are very transparent with repairs & costs if you really need it or if it can hold off. I’ve been here a few times and it’s under new owners but you wouldn’t even notice by the service, top tier! This is my GO TO shop and I suggest you make it yours as well! They have a prayer box inside and I thought it was pretty neat, it’s hard times out here and car issues are stressful enough it was a nice reminder that no matter what gods got you.”

“This is the BEST car wash I’ve found in a long time! I brought my husband’s car on a whim from reading reviews and I loved their work so much that I went home to get my car as well!! I love that they have options for hand wash or automatic wash and ultimately provide all levels of detailing. They work FAST and the pricing is great!! Best service and bang for your buck. “A big Box truck that we count on for deliveries everyday ran into my husband's car while it was parked in a parking space and dragged it across the parking lot! “I don’t like most car washes because they mess up my cars, but I use this car wash for my Wrangler and it is second to none. The customer service is great, they do a great job getting all of the mud off the car before it goes in the wash and my clear coat holds up to it. I can’t speak to all locations, but the one in Fort Mill on 160 is great.”

“I am honestly shocked at how well the touchless car wash cleaned my Corvette! There literally is not a spot on it, and I didn't even towel dry it. “During a car wash I heard a snap. After the wash, discovered that my rear wiper was torn from the base. Zack was the manager on duty and offered a free wash, recommended I buy a new wiper and stated he would replace the new arm and blade. He retrieved the broken wiper arm which had the blade still intact. Zack was calm and handled my situation very well. He is a young manager and I felt valued as a customer due to his professional interaction with me.”

“So much better than Zips! I hate to compare but wow, zips became so lackluster and Sam’s brought that out with their 3 pre washes via 2-3 people power washing prior to the automatic car wash. There are self service vacuums and the place is kept so clean. My car truly shines! It’s also cheaper than Zips.”
“This is now my favorite car wash. Their Vacuums have great suction , they have cleaner and towels for you to use and my favorite part is …. They have a mat cleaner. Mat cleaners are a MUST for me ! However, the customer service was perfect and Tay was extremely helpful!”
“I'm always really pleased with my service here. The employees are always very friendly and the waiting room and bathrooms are spotless. I pay $50/month for an unlimited membership and with 2 kids, it's a great value. If I do a good cleaning once a month, it's $60 so it really pays for itself. Highly recommend the unlimited membership.”

“As car washes go, everything on hand and working well. One star off because of the payement system: when using credit card, a swipe gets you $5 of time, then you need to swipe each time in $1 increments. If you're too late, you're on for a new $5 withdrawl. Not convenient”

“Everyone was super friendly and pleasant (especially considering the heat!) to work with. Unfortunately, I had to swing back around as the detailers missed the area around my front grill which had some pretty evident bug action. I informed the one gentleman ( ginger hair / tall/ super nice!) and he had me pull back to the detail area and took care of the issue immediately. Great customer service recovery and it has convinced me to become a monthly subscriber. I used to live in Mooresville and frequented that location often. I think that Mooresville must use a different solution as my car always has a great smell when I left. No great smell in Waxhaw but I appreciate the willingness to make it right! Tia”
