Worst experience of my life. When you can add up over $2,000 you have to put into your vehicle before you make your first payment, that's not a good deal. There's a glitch in electronics, Brakes and rotors, no wires at all hooked up to the fog lights, sunroof leaked, water in the back door, 4 bald $300 tires with a nail in one of them and lug nuts were seized on one of the tires, ect. And when I tried to explain this to smooth fast-talking Bob his reply was wow good thing you got a good deal. I guess this is the way they treat seniors.

Told me the car had no accidents. Turns out it has been severely wrecked underneath, subframe mangled, no radiator supports, and more. I also had to spend $1500 on it mechanically and still need to do more!
Spent an additional $790 on brake pads and rotors less than 8 months later. Still need to get tires that are so bald they spin in the front wheel drive vehicle!
As far as the reply, you know damn well who I am! I bought in full, $11,000! Your brother-in-law who did the sales told us, me and my wife with cancer that the car had NEVER been in any wrecks just before he told us that he hadn't been at work for an entire week bc his wife (your sister) had some kind of brain surgery! We believed him bc it was raining and on a hill and the story sounded so sincere! We even bought him lunch! You two are scum! 2014 Black Honda Accord, xmas 2023-2024!

Super nice, extremely welcoming and understanding. They were very informative and are open to answer any questions you may have. No pressure or stress like some other car dealerships. We've been in a struggle looking for an affordable car other places, if you're looking for a good nice car for a fair price I very much recommend coming here.
We purchased a used 2017 Nissan Maxima 4 Door, absolutely love it. Even bought as is we were given information on where we can get it fixed and other details if we needed anything. He was very straightforward and honest about what was being sold. I wish we found this place earlier and saved us time on our search for a car!

I had a great experience with Bob! We had some trouble as soon as we got the car, but Bob and the team were willing to make it right and help get us back in the road. A week later another unforeseen problem stranded us out of state, but again Bob was honorable and helped cover the expenses. We have been frustrated with the challenges of a used car that had hidden issues- but couldn’t be happier with the support and kindness Bernard Motorcar Company has provided to get us taken care of. This is the only place I’ll shop in the future!
