I went in to open a savings account (already have a checking with them) and the man who helped me, Baldwin, was so incredibly polite and helpful! He is the VP Branch Leader and he is absolutely amazing at what he does! He was personable, helpful, and just overall amazing! I highly recommend this branch just because of him

Unfortunately Even if There are only a few customers, because they have a minimal amount of tellers working it takes so much longer to do the simplest transactions. The employeesI remember from years back we’re so courteous friendly and helpful but our no longer there, The current staff do not acknowledge you while you’re waiting and waiting and waiting and never an apology for keeping you waiting that long. Sometimes they’ll even look right over you and go to help somebody else. With all this automation say goodbye to customer service and overworked unhappy employees. :(

Poor poor service locationWent on Saturday only 2 people working managing cash and peopleWaited for 2 hours to know they don't have any support for me.It's unfortunate for people working there but their MGMT seems poor. I am account holder. Will change over soon.

Believe the one star reviews about the horrible customer service - this branch earns them. I wanted to like it because I had an account and a mortgage with BB&T a few years back in another state, but this banking experience is nothing like the BB&T I banked with before. It's 2 big banks merging into one called Truist, so I plan to avoid that bank too. I'm just glad I found out before I moved any more accounts to this bank. It's a hassle to change, but it will be worth it. Do yourself a favor and choose a different bank.

Perpetually UNDERSTAFFED Transactions that take 5 minutes elsewhere require 15-20 minutes at this branch. There's always a line stretching into the lobby.
