We have been to this branch three times. the first time I was helped with a check at the checkout, a very friendly woman. and the second and third time the manager helped me solve all the issues that I and my family had. very friendly people!

I can never get anyone to answer the phone, no matter how many times I call voice message always says employees are too busy to take your call.

I use this branch often and have found the employees to be friendly and professional. When I had an issue with my credit card they cleared it up quickly. I think the ATM is a little weird, but I go inside and use my card so it is not a huge issue for me. Overall a positive place to bank.

Disappointed. I haven’t tried to cash a check since before Covid. I wasn’t aware the rules had changed since Covid about what they will and won’t do. Went in to cash a check and the woman was short and rude. Only told me “we can’t cash this” ok? Why not? “This is a Wells Fargo check” ok, what does that have to do with this? Then proceeded to ask me if my employer does direct deposit. How does that explain the issue and how is direct deposit important right now in this conversation? I do the payroll for whom I work for and we are in the middle of a transition with payroll companies. So that is moot. She could have easily explained the new rules towards cashing a check. Instead I just took the check back and left and call customer service to explain. Won’t be going inside here anymore. COMMUNICATE.

I have an insurance check from this company through gieco and this place won't even cash their own check because of the amount after wasting my time and gas going all the way there for nothing. Had to stand in a long line for nothing. I don't have anything good to say about this place

I’m only 19 but I’ve been with this bank for five years and expect to be treated with some level of professionalism. The teller was extremely rude. When I asked for a certified check she told me to go down the street to a grocery store to get a money order instead. She finally decided to help me and then got upset with me when I asked some questions. I did not end up getting what I needed because she ended up canceling my check and telling me to come back another day when I know what I’m doing.I rated it two stars instead of one because the building is nice.

I was discriminated against which was very frustrating to find out only after going to a different Bank of America and they had no problems with me whatsoever. So I’m not sure what the lady cashing checks problem was with me but I do not recommend coming here if you don’t look “ normal “ to society standards. Guess I was too ghetto for her to trust my check

The staff Is always so rude to me. They try to get out of helping me by saying I can do what I need to do on the app when I actually can’t. Joanne helped me last time I went and she gave me an attitude and acted annoyed until she saw how much was on the check I deposited and only then did she treat me with respect.

Worst branch I have ever been to. Ten people in line for a single teller. Waited 20 minutes to make a deposit.. However there were several people willing to open a high commission brokerage account . There are three teller windows so is it too much to ask for staffing for two of the three. If you want to know how to make a branch work go to Founders Credit Union.

Just had a great experience here. Scheduled an appointment to set up accounts for my kids and Tawnia spent the time to help me with a new debit card enquiry and a HELOC loan. Fantastic customer service from Tawnia. Couldn't ask for a better banking experience

If your cash has one wrinkle in it the ATM will not accept it. Staff are friendly.
