Couple things started popping up once the suspension repair settled which Austin said was possible and normal. The estimate for repairs was affordable and I scheduled a day to drop off my car. I was told it could be 3-5 days for the repairs and painting a replacement panel. I was notified that I could pick up my car on the 3rd day, which saved 2 days of car rental charges. My car looks amazing. * update on my review. My right headlight went out. Because I had them replaced 11 months ago the light bulbs were still under warranty. JV was there and he replaced them once again for no charge. Make sure you register your phone number with O’Reilley auto parts to keep track of purchases and the warranties. Great business!”

They had my car for three months as sourcing parts, dismantling to evaluate, etc was a lengthy process.

“It is probably never a good time to be looking for a collision repair center, accidents are stressful times for everyone. I have been really impressed with the service here, everyone was friendly and helpful and they let me know up front that my car was not likely to be worth repairing before doing and significant inspections and racking up charges for me, which I have seen happen at other shops. Chip especially was very understanding and helpful. I hope I don't get into any more accidents, but if I do I will be coming to metrolina for sure!”
