Had an appointment for an oil change. Service and customer service were both 100% professional and customer oriented. Full detailed explanation after my car was inspected by a rating system. It showed a timeline of suggested things down the road or obviously things that could be addressed right then if I wanted.Thanks and I will be back!Ken

I have had outstanding experience with Indian Land/Ft. Mill, SC AAA. Dylan Tobin, assistant manager, went above and beyond answering my inquiries and assisting with solutions, regarding my Acura MDX. I have been a “Plus” member for 30 years, have had to use AAA in several states due to my job travels & never disappointed with AAA service! BTW…whatever Dylan is paid, it’s not enough!!!!

My front tire had gone flat at home. After a temporary fix by a relative who could not find the cause, I took my car to AAA where previously my car has been serviced. Brandon was extremely kind fitting me in without an appointment; couldn't find the cause either and had his team check all four tires and sent me on my way - n/c. I was extremely surprised and pleased. Honest, thoughtful reps here,

My check engine light came on while on my morning commute and I called to tell them I was coming in. Mike was very helpful and the repair was completed by close of business at hundreds less with 3 times the warranty as my last mechanic. Highly recommend.

Brandon and Michael were helpful and provided excellent customer service. I needed new tires and purchased ones other than the Michelin tires I usually purchase. I was not happy with the tires and wanted to switch back to the Michelin tires. The team was happy to accommodate and switch out my tires after several weeks of use. I paid the difference and was much happier. Great caring team at AAA Indian Land!!!

Tech replaced my valve cover gasket with a Genuine Hyundai valve cover gasket in April. I discovered a leak. Reported the issue to the facility manager. Facility Manager said no warranty due to me supplying the parts. Had I been informed of this policy prior to service, I would most certainly would let AAA source the parts.Facility Manager recommended I tell Hyundai the parts were defective. Seriously!?No Tech error accountability. Hide behind policy that is well-hidden from the consumer.Maximum profits, zero accountability.Found a more professional option nearby. I told them my story. They were stunned and sympathetic. Easily replaced my valve cover gasket at a reduced cost. No leaks.This situation could have been easily prevented, however, the lack of proper and timely policy communication, will continue to be a detriment to AAA in this highly competitive business.AAA - Indian Land, never again.

I came in at 7:30 am yesterday for a check engine light that turned on and off. Its been solid but not off. I paid for a diagnostic and I was told the total was around $1147 dollars for a variety of items. I left at about 1pm and the check engine light came back on. I turned around went back. I was told it was fixed a second time. The light came on again. I turned around and came back again. Luckily I work remotely. So I was able to work there. The final conclusion was there was a crack it would cost another $1800 to fix. The guys are polite and friendly but my day ended at 5:15pm with $1147 less in my pocket and my problem not fixed.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Never going back. Went there for brakes. Of course my rotors were bad. Oh and the calipers too. They basically said everything on my car was bad, which is typical from a car repair place.So I get the brakes, rotors and caliper. A few days later it sounded like my tire was going to come off. Then I hear metal hitting the street and my car starts making a grinding noise. I pull over and get a tow. The driver tells me my caliper came off. I get it towed back to AAA and the guy says "the bolt failed". I've never heard of a screw or bolt failing. I've heard of someone not tightening it, but not it failing. Blame it on the bolt I guess. So two more days I had to go without my car. They didn't try to charge me but this situation could of been a lot worse for me because of their negligence.Services: Brakes

Visited this location for an insurance quote. AAA has very competitive rates for auto, home and other insurance products. We will save $400 annually by switching to AAA insurance. If haven't checked another insurance company in a while give AAA a look you might save a little money. They also offer auto service at this location and all the other AAA member services.

I called yesterday to schedule an appointment for diagnostic/repair of a third row seat being stuck in our minivan. They were able to get me in ASAP the very next day! Brandon and Dylan took terrific care of me and my needs!
