“Talked with Basil made an appointment to have my headlights adjusted on my 2004 mercury marquis. They took me in had never done business with them before but I was in and out in 30 minutes. Had called four other places before them even some that I have done business before And did not want to mess with adjusting headlights. When I need service in the future, I am going to check back with Chuck’s auto service.”
“Our car was hit in the parking lot of restaurant while we were eating. The man who hit it did come find us and give us his insurance information. We contacted Gerber collision and they got us in for repair, assisted with our rental car, and finished the job within a week. The repair looks amazing, they even went above and beyond by by removing a door ding on the opposite side of our vehicle for no additional charge! Scott Mims was the technician who did our repair and it looks as good as new! I can’t say enough about how pleased we are! I highly recommend this body shop, and Scott Mims is one of the absolute best body techs in Columbia. It’s not the first time he’s done repair work for me. Thank you Gerber, and thank you Mr. Mims. People need to understand that the amount of time it takes your car to be repaired after an accident depends on your insurance and how fast they do their part to pay the company and send someone to look at the damages (and i apologize to whoever i spoke with when I didn't know this). Everyone that works there was really nice despite my impatience and did a great job with my vehicle, super happy!”
