Superstar towing with wonderful service and top-notch communication. My SUV was stuck in a ditch on Edisto Island. I called RyKen and they responded as fast as they could and were able to get the car out of the ditch despite this being a very tricky job to do. I was stuck on the side of the road with a dead battery. Called RyKen Towing and they came in no time. When they arrived and gave me a jump that's when I found out it was the alternator. They didn't want to leave me stranded on the side of the road so they towed my car down the road to an auto shop. Holding in my tears I was so thankful for everything they did for me. They were god sent. Sometimes it's the smallest things you do for people that have such a big impact. I'll never forget them and if I need to use this kind of service again I'll call them first.Services: Battery service

RyKen Towing came to our rescue when the GPS took us down a road that was "closed" and our Jeep became stuck in a muddy rut. Not only were they fast and friendly they made sure to try every technique they knew for what turned out to be a very difficult job. They took their professionalism even further when it became unsafe to get the jeep out of the rut due to the weather conditions and got us to a ride safely, returning the next morning to finish the job!
