Will now be without gas / heat this entire weekend. When I called the emergency line I was given the “offer” to come out for $150 plus cost of gas refilled. The company states they sent an email asking if they want gas filled. They’ve NEVER done this in the past 3 years we’ve used them. All of a sudden they fall back on “we sent an email asking if you wanted it filled”. Lie! Email never sent. We always have to call once we’re out of gas and they up-price an ‘emergency call’ for emergency fill that they manage. Not happy and do not like being bamboozled. I asked the service person on the phone if Blossman assumes all customers / especially elderly customers- have emails or even check. We are not elderly however I have elderly people in my home and now will have no heat / hot water. Very upset. You CALL your customers! Blossman never emailed us. But they’ll call and mail you their bill real quick!

Needed a buried tank installed. Palmetto/Blossman gas came in, did exactly what they said they would for the price they quoted. Done in a day. (Amerigas took 6 months and many calls to even fill our tank). Julio was great to work with and answered my - many - questions. Also, they have an app to see what your tank is at, no more looking in a snake pit to see if you need gas! Highly recommend. 10 out of 5 stars.
