“We love Dixie's pick-up/delivery service for dry cleaning. Fairly priced, organized, professional and friendly. Misty went above-and-beyond to track down an item that was missing from my delivery. She quickly figured out the issue by process of elimination. She kept me up to date on her findings and never gave up. Seven months later, she delivered the "missing" item! We are very thankful and appreciate all of Misty's efforts. She admitted her mistake and worked for many months to make it right. On another occasion, we left a sentimental quilt in our Dixie bag for pick-up. Dixie's team called us concerned it may not handle the dry-cleaning process well due to some loose fabric, weak threads, possible dry rot, etc. They were genuinely concerned and expressed that to us carefully. They sent the quilt back (we agreed together), folded perfectly in a nice, plastic zip-up bag. We are so impressed by Dixie's customer service, their stand-up employees, and quality of service.
