I reserved a Uhaul on Friday to be picked up Saturday evening. When I got their, they didn't have a working truck. One had a gas leak and the other wouldn't start. So much for guaranteed reservations. I was dropped off, so I had no ride home. I asked which employee was taking me home and they said nobody, then one of them suggested I buy myself a truck. I was dropped off in my truck. Don't rent from these people. They don't care and they don't prepare ahead of time. Pathetic excuse for customer service!!!

Sacoyia is a unprofessional Employee that had me staring at her for two or three minutes while she was playing on her phone before I can ask to buy gas then messed up on the gas pump then did not even know where my funds went for my gas after I paid then had a attitude with me when I was trying to figure out the situation then when I walked away the gas is manically there hopefully the manager see all these comment to fix these issues

The most expensive gas in all of South Carolina, not to mention the filthiest restrooms we've ever experienced on a road trip. Half of their gas pumps do not work and seem to have been tampered with. I would highly recommend waiting to get gas elsewhere.

This place is a rip off. We just paid $88 for 24 gallons of premium. (We did not notice price until it was too late). Don’t stop here.

6 years since the first review and the bathrooms still haven't been cleaned. Seats are broken, toilets clogged, and pretty sure there were feces in the trashcan. Attendant never even looked up from her phone. Keep driving a few extra miles if you can make it.

Gas was 40 cents more than any other place in SC. Do NOT stop if you need gas or if you need the bathroom.

This place sucks...the last time I stopped for gas there were some carnies munching on Vienna Sausage and running a strange game called Razzle Dazzle. Its a terrible game and thos gypsies are not to be trifled with. And when they are done, they vanish lime ghosts.
