Great people in shipping but very slow drivers miss appointment times because of waiting so long to get loaded and the loading area for bulk cement on 10 and 11 is terrible it dumps cement on trailer and trucks it will ruin a clean truck and trailer it’s ridiculous

Everybody was super nice there, you have to do some training the first time you go there online for safety training ,not the easiest place to maneuver as to where to go your first time ,small little shack second small dome not the large dome going through the bypass lane for vans and flats thereafter is the small shack right hand side. I also weighed on their scale. It’s off by 1,260 as my weight at a pilot cat scale was 77,280 and weight on their scales was 76,020

First I checked in and was told to go to the Dome! With no further explanation. I had to ask to get to the shipping office, no signs for "shipping and receiving" and arrows. It's a big place. I attached a picture explaining it.Second scaled and was given only two weights Steer and Drive!I told her I have a weight station right after I get on the interstate (i-26). She was like I thought you don't!!! I scaled again and had the same weight for drive and rear axles.drive weight 29k ...rear 29k . I was surprised because the load seemed to be in the front. She written my rear axle weight as my drive axle weight, I didn't trust her. I had to go around the weight station and scaled at the pilot. My weight was 1300LB over the legal limit on the drive axle. I was going to be ticketed because of this for no reason!!! She knew I was going to adjust my weight and that was going to take sometime and her attention. Don't trust their scale and the lady that operates it, you will be ticketed!!!I gave two stars because shipping lady and forklift driver were nice.

As far as shippers go, you could do a lot worse than Holcim. They ship 24/7and one of the best tarping stations I have seen. I was glad to tarp their load and I cannot say that for many. Rates were good too.
