I live in Summerville and all the ford dealerships were months out to get me in and looked at. Al Bilton Ford got me in within a few days and prompt at getting my truck in and diagnosed. The fix was done the same day also, which is not what I found at some of the other dealerships

I just took delivery of our (small business and personally) 11th vehicle over the last 9 years. Kin has worked with us to locate vehicles when we needed them immediately, and also walked us through ordering to our specifications. The most recent order took less than six week from ordering to delivery. The services department has been great and always worked with us when it comes to making sure we aren't down.

5 hour drive but worth it. Small family run business but a breath of fresh air. I was quoted more at a large dealership so when they told me the price I didn’t haggle. I dealt with Kin the whole time. I wasn’t sent to a finance office to up sell me on things I didn’t want. I did buy an extended warranty but I asked about it before he offered. Zero pressure. Just a great buying experience which didn’t take away from the excitement of buying a new van. I’m a customer for life.

Service department review specifically. I have been very happy with the guys at Al Bilton. I've had Ford vehicles for years, and have used several other dealerships. Al Bilton is now my #1 go to. They actually treat you like a valued customer, get work done in a timely manner, and do it right. That's rare these days.

Al Bliton Ford serviced my vehicle in record time. Their customer service is beyond comparison. They were the only dealership in the area able to get my service done in time for a road trip for my daughter’s wedding. Highly recommended!

I needed a new Explorer as my current one had a ton of miles. So I stopped into the dealership to see what they had available. I went into the dealership a little on the defensive, expecting the high pressure sales tactics, expecting to be bombarded with sales pitches. Nothing could be further from the truth. They took time to explain all my options with financing for several different types of Explorers and even searched to find the right one for me which took about a week. I was blown away with how transparent they made the transaction. The service department has been great to work with when I bring my car in for basic maintenance and upkeep over the last several months. I couldn't be happier with my choice to use this dealership. A big "Thank You" to the entire team for all the help!

Have never dealt with this level of incompetence at a service shop, especially at a franchise dealership. Had our truck for almost 7 months, then we come to pick it up, and the whole service department is on lunch and had to wait almost an hour for someone to help. Not sure how or why Ford would want to be associated with this business.
