After contacting the company and sharing my concerns, they followed up with me and made things right and stated they were working at improving the ordering issues.

Ordered a bare root rose in the winter, and a month later (also in the winter, before orders closed) received an email declaring that the order had been canceled. No explanation, and no instructions on how to get a refund. Very dissatisfied. My family has ordered from Wayside Gardens for two generations. No longer.

Customer service is not existent! Ordered 4 plants and 2 have died already.I have been trying to get in touch with someone for almost 2 months via email, FB messenger, and google. There has been minimal communication with me. I will not be ordering from this site again
