Restaurant filled with hispanics and they all acted like they couldn't see me or hear me. And I know spanish... so no issue there. I waited there at the counter for almost 10 mins because they looked busy.. they weren't on further notice. A guy was cleaning the fryers... how hard is it to take a order at the counter? So after I finally stopped a guy.. he's like. "you have to use the kiosk or the drive through.. there's no one in the front counter." So out of 5 people I saw working... ( 1 was doing inventory) none can take an order.... wow. So I use the kiosk because I been waiting inside for 15 mins and I'm gonna order here. I go to pay and I'm using the Wendy's app to get a single for $1 because I'm already about to spend close to $40. And 1 guy says I have to scan it... I say I'm trying to scan it but it's not working, can you please show me how? He doesn't even respond... so the same guy that told me before I ask him to show me... but by this time my order has timed out... he says you can't use that here.. only the front counter or the drive through, after I asked if he could transfer my order... I left. #WORTHLESS - I WISH I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS. Never in my life have I experienced this... your store MGR should be ashamed of themselves. ?

Love Wendy's... but seriously?Staff with no uniform into the kitchen, everyone yelling and cursing in English and Spanish in front of the customers, cashier was cursing at her coworkers, staff using their phones WHILE TOUCHING YOUR FOOD!!!???Last but not least, kids playing around with the ice machine and coke machine. Manager had a attitude because my food was cold and my chicken nuggets were rubbery cuz they sat so long and my fries where ice cold I told her she gave me new food but her attitude sucked do better Wendy's cuz that's one way to lose customers and that's one way to go out of business have some respect for customers and maybe they'll come back not thrilled with that place at all Will be making a call to the better business bureau and the health department

First off, I don't know how the food is at this set restaurant but I do know that the staff working here don't know what they are doing. I was picking up a doordash order for a customer and well it wasn't there! They told us that it was doordash's fault when indeed it wasn't, they had given the customer before us the order because they had told them it was a doordash. Well you quite literally have to give the employees the customer name and now the codes on the order. It doesn't make any sense why they couldn't do that, I get that people make mistakes but they didn't even try to fix it, or even apologize for this mistake, nope the employee, who could barely speak English mind you, just steadily blamed it on doordash instead of trying to correct the issue. Good job ma'am, I hope I don't get anymore orders from this store, thank you for your time!
