I love my bank and app. I wish I had a Wells Fargo closer to my retirement home where I live so I use the app religiously.

Stopped in to get some cash & service was fast & friendly. I had forgotten my debit card so I had to go inside instead of using ATM. There were 2 tellers working but only 2 other customers inside when I stopped in at around lunchtime on Thursday.

Went to cash a check made me wait for about 15 min the lady didn't look like she knew what she was doing for her to tell me at the end I needed 2 IDs to cash the check she could of told me from the beginning instead of making me wait 15 min like a dumasss

Teller gave me inaccurate information about when the funds from a deposit would be available, and then the bank did nothing to correct the error! In fact, the teller then lied and said that she told me something different. I repeated what she said back to me when we were face-to-face! So beyond unprofessional.

I have used many banks in many states and I have never encountered a more friendly and capable staff than at the Wells Fargo on Hilton Head Island. Always courteous and efficient. Highly recommend for all your banking needs.
