This should be a zero review. We spent two hours online placing our order for food delivery. Then they claimed it was an attempted delivery, but we were here at the house. Then five minutes later they cancelled our entire order because of delivery issues. We tried to call the store and chat with our delivery driver so that we could at least go to the store and pick up our order. No one answered and we could not talk to anyone at the store. This store is terrible and will never utilize there services. Do not use online services for this store. You may be better suited to use a different grocery store service.

Wild looking all stores in this area are hidden by lots of trees. But extremely nice. Best bags I've ever seen very thick

The manager Jim has done a great job cleaning the store up. But we are forced to use a cashier when haveing 17 items and there was only 1 register open. That's not right.

I walked in today to buy a fishing license. No one around in sporting goods. I found a young Spanish women in her 20s. that worked there. I asked her if she can find someone to help me. Her answer was I don't speak English. This is no way to run a business. My next step when I get back from vacation, will be to reach out to a district manager.

Grow patience when you walk in the door.
Maybe the customer service center will be open, but don't hold your breath.
Some of the cashiers are great.
I got yelled at by a (? manager) with a strong Jamaican(?) accent because she was directing people and thought I was cutting in line (I wasn't, but others were and she was oblivious). Yelled at. By an employee. Unprovoked. Just mind-blowing.
I would love for there to be *anywhere* else on the island that sold what this store does. I'd pay Harris Teeter prices for it just to avoid this place.
This place is for the birds.
Even by Walmart standards, it's frustrating AF.

This store was very unhelpful including the manager. We went to make a return for some items we purchased at 9:30pm and they told me customer service was closed and had to come back the next day. I was flying out at 6:30am and couldn’t fly with it. He basically said sorry, nothing he can do. How is customer service called if the store is open, no where does it say that so I have to pay for it. I’ll dispute this with my credit card company.
