The older lady with real short gray hair working at the photo section was incredibly rude for no reason. I simply needed help printing out a passport photo I had taken somewhere else. The way she told me that they were unable to do it was very mean and snarky. Made me feel like it was an outrageous, stupid request. I had initially asked the gentleman who was behind the cash register at the front for help as he was the only one in sight and he rolled his eyes at me and went to go find this lady. Who when she got over to the photo station pointed at me and curled her finger to tell me to walk to her. To me that’s also incredibly rude, to point and curl your finger in such a way instead of just asking me to walk to her. Rude people plain and simple.

Called and was told rx would be ready in 30 minutes. We show up about 30 minutes later and they tell us it will be another 30 minutes. No big deal so we run to Walmart and return over an hour later and they tell us it will be 25 more minutes and that they wouldn't have told us 30minutes the first time because they don't ever tell anyone that. Well when I asked for my rx that I would take it to another pharmacy they magically were able to fill it and get it to us. Very rude don't go here.

Do not make the mistake of using this Pharmacy! I wish I had read all of the horrible reviews before I had our out of town physician call in my husband’s prescription to this location! This pharmacy needs to just be shut down!

We are visiting from out of town, my infant has a “raging double ear infection”, the MD sent the anbx to this pharmacy, when we went to put it up, there was a sign in front of the pharmacy saying “due to personal issue they are closed till Monday”. We the. Had to call the MD and have them txf th me prescription to CVS and when we went to pick it up, they said they couldn’t sumbit it to insurance because Walgreens already did. So we had to pay out of pocket. Please tell me how Walgreens sumbit it to insurance when they are closed and we had not even picked it up yet! Oh I’m so pissed!?

This Walgreens is the worst! I live here on the island and every time we’ve gone to the pharmacy the staff is so incredibly rude. I’ve witnessed employees being very rude to the elderly that get their prescriptions there. Today we scheduled a flu test for my daughter and went at our scheduled time and they said their test machine is broken. They said they tried calling and emailing us, but neither my husband or I have any communication from them and based on previous experiences. I am sure there wasn’t any effort to get in contact with us. We’ve since moved our prescriptions to Publix. Super nice and helpful pharmacy staff. I’ve also had terrible interactions with the Walgreens photo department and store manager. The check out staff is typically nice. My husband and I joke that this is the worst Walgreens in America. Please fix this place!

Avoid the Pharmacy at this location. The most rude, unprofessional, and incompetent staff I have ever encountered work here. Corporate needs to get involved with this location. This place is the worst.

I love Hatton Place Walgreens. All the staff is very helpful, especially Curtis Livingston, who is friendly, courteous and knows the store so well. He always has a smile on his face and is willing to help the customers find what they’re looking for. I don’t understand why Curtis is not the manager. That would be a perfect position for him!

The staff in this Walgreens went above and beyond to help me get more meds when my trip was unexpectantly extended at HHI. Maria put in my info. Since I had more meds at home not in my pillbox it was too soon to refill using insurance. She used the GoodRX prices so I could easily afford to pay myself. They also had a nurse doing flu shots so the line for meds was not delayed by the long procress of paperwork. Great idea. Wish my local Walgreens did this. Thanks

Interesting times at this one. I went here to get squish mallow for my daughter - they usually have a great selection! I found the perfect one - garnering the three stars. However, checkout was a different story. I watched the cashier spray axe on his face and hands to mask the stench of a secretly smoked cigarette. This was the first red flag. The second, was him asking my name - to which I could not lie because my name - MJS - was on the credit card I was about to pay with, and my Walgreens rewards account displayed on the screen. I have a hard time falling asleep at night knowing someone has this information. While I got a squish mallow, I paid a price greater than I expected - my privacy, and my calm nature. Will not be returning, but appreciate the effort. P.S. - I hope Walgreens has good insurance, because axe in the eyes is a recipe for long term health problems - trust me on that one.

This pharmacy is terrible. Walgreens corporate should get involved here. Went to the dr in the morning, needed 3 RXs, waited 1.5 hrs before I went to pharmacy. Of course I get to the store and only the Drive Thru is open. After waiting behind 14 cars and over 30+ min I was told by someone who wouldn’t even come to the window that she needed 30 more min and that she was the only one there. Fast forward to 5pm, I call and the automated system tells me they are still being processed so I waited to speak with someone in the pharmacy, and at the 40 min mark they picked up the line and hung up!! So here I sit in the Drive Thru line, many cars back and not sure if I’m going to get my RXs from 10am. I feel so bad, have bronchitis, and they can’t give me my meds. Note to file, AVOID THIS PHARMACY!!
