Rude employees especially the pharmacist. Pitifully run pharmacy. I drive an extra 20 minutes to avoid.

The staff in this Walgreens went above and beyond to help me get more meds when my trip was unexpectantly extended at HHI. Maria put in my info. Since I had more meds at home not in my pillbox it was too soon to refill using insurance. She used the GoodRX prices so I could easily afford to pay myself.They also had a nurse doing flu shots so the line for meds was not delayed by the long procress of paperwork. Great idea. Wish my local Walgreens did this.Thanks

Horrible customer service. Closed on Saturdays and Sundays now. No pharmacist on duty yesterday (Friday July 30), no notice of this, so customers were unable to pick up prescriptions before the weekend. Thankfully, my two medications are not life altering so I can go the weekend without but others, such as geriatric patients, may rely on certain meds and most often people need them before the weekend. Horrible way to run a pharmacy; should give customers a notice. I for one will be transferring my medications to another pharmacy and will be recommending my patients to also.

They are so short staffed and have been since before Covid they just randomly close the place down. WAlgreens is the worst there is. Overworked understAffed so they treat you like dirt.

On Hilton head- 4:26-21 pharmacy closed at 4PM. Nobody notified me to come earlier. Called south end, they are closing early too and even though they are still open refuse to fill my prescription as they are closing in 20 minutes. They informed me that every Walgreens in the area is closing early today so they are unable to transfer it. This is the worst service. The pharmacist on the phone refused to give me her name. Do better Walgreens. I’m going to cvs from now on.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with INCLUDING military treatment facilities. The pharmacist is toxic and the technician is utterly incompetent. If you have any need whatsoever that requires any kind of human dialogue, DO NOT COME HERE.

The pharmacist and staff here are unbelievably rude. I have never dealt with such lack of professionalism. The tech blatantly lied to the pharmacist about my order, and he wouldn't even listen to me...the customer. He told me he would not fill my prescription, and kicked me out. I was mortified. And he did that in front of other customers. Shame on this company for letting this happen. Clearly a problem with staffing.

Pharmacist....small fellow with a terrible attitude. Pharmacy techs are usually helpful and nice at this Walgreens. I asked the pharmacist for suggestions when they couldn't fill my Perscription for my dog and the little fellow was not helpful or kind, but rather a jerk. This whole country is understaffed and I'm usually thankful for those that do show up....but not this little guy.

The dirtiest Walgreens I have ever been in! Totally gross and poorly stocked. I can't believe Walgreens would allow the store to be so filthy! Yuck!

Waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes while we were constantly ignored by the pharmacist. I get they may be understaffed but we were the only ones in line and when we were finally helped the lady was super rude and annoyed.
