Any time a cell store gets 4.8 stars with a lot of reviews there must be some significant reasons.
I went in to upgrade from Droid to IPhone and had some significant concerns due to being a droid user for 30+ years. Tulio was extremely knowledgeable, patient and more than helpful. He set me up with the right IPhone and accessories for my needs and did the painful job of transferring all my data and Apps from 1 phone to the next. This process took some time due to going from Droid to Apple. At no time was Tulio in a hurry or not able to answer all our questions. He set us up with a better cellular plan, was able to inform us that 2 other phones were available for upgrade and in detail he was able to help us through that process, since one of the phones was in a different state. Tulio is EXACTLY the person that was needed for this lengthy process and his professionalism, knowledge, sales experience and customer support and interaction is precisely what all customers want to be greeted with when they enter a store. Any further needs for my cell/data service through Verizon, I will most definitely use this location and ask for Tulio.

Tulio did a great job helping us get our phones. He was able to explain a lot about how the iPhone works and teach my husband how to use it. He was patient and transferred all the data for us. We ended up getting 3 phones and getting a more affordable plan. We definitely would go back to this store again. We had an appointment and didn’t have to wait in line. We spent about two hours there getting everything done and all of our questions answered.

Tulio might be one of the best workers I’ve met in retail, hospitality, and business. I brought my old parents who don’t know much about technology and were scared about switching from Samsung to Iphone. They asked him 100+ questions, he knew every single answer. He never once got impatient or annoyed answering these questions. He offered us deals to save money and actually had a chance to “upsale” and he said “honestly this option you don’t need it would be an unnecessary purchase”. He knew everything, normally workers have to ask fellow coworkers for help. Tulio was locked in the entire time. He was also funny and had an overall great vibe around him. One of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had. Basically Disney level experience and professionalism. We were with him for almost 5 hours and was such an easy process.

While on vacation I needed to make a stop at the Verizon store. I had the best experience ever thank you to Nautica. Nautica listened to me and helped me through the process of choosing a charger and a dashboard mount for my car. In addition, she also worked with me on the purchase of a new tablet. After several attempts to replace my old tablet and many phone calls the decision was made to purchase a new tablet was made. Nautica was patient, professional and fun to work with. Nautica thank you for making my shopping experience fun and awesome and putting up with my sister and me!

I received a new phone through Assurion and couldn't get the iMessage to work. I went to this store today and Erik Morgan helped me for 45 minutes to make it work!!! He was great and tried EVERYTHING!! He tried and tried until he fixed my phone. He's excellent. I usually dread going to the Verizon store and he made it such a pleasant experience! Thank you so much!

Erik was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help my family and I get our new iPhones set up and all old issues resolved quickly. He worked overtime to get us all set up and was able to special order the phone I wanted and get it to me within a couple of days. I highly recommend this store to anyone visiting and cannot thank Erik enough!

Just got home from the Verizon store on Hilton Head. My wife's new iPhone looked like the screen was cracked. Jarrell helped us. He thought that it may only be the screen saver. And it was! He removed the screen and applies a new one, and I had him add one to my phone.
Jarrell was very knowledgable, articulate and extremely professional. A real asset to the store. He even walked us out to the parking lot.
Great job and time for just a screen saver. Will buy our new iPhones here when the time comes and ask for Jarrell. Dan Thomas

Nothing with the store it's just the reception sucks! Zero to no bars and outside the same! Very Frustrating!!!!!!! Mostly near the S.R HOTEL on Deallyon. Zero Service! Can't answer... can't make a call without walking outside and still very low reception... Please upgrade your towers to this spot! I've had others complain that there phone's do not work either here! It's a dead zone for your towers! Verizon has the money... Please fix the reception.

Came into the Verizon store in Hilton Head today because I kept losing my phone and was looking for a solution. Sean was very helpful and walking me through shutting off notifications and finding a tether to avoid losing my phone. Thank you!

If Verizon's goal is to offer so many different options and "deals" that their salespeople end up more confused then their customers, they have succeeded.Math does not seem to be a strong suit of the sales team here. After "running the numbers" of one the "great deals" Verizon is offering, your bottom line monthly fees somehow end up 30-50% higher than you are currently paying for basically the same service.The selection of phones in stock is poor and when asked to compare the different phones, the sales person rattles off vague references to processor speeds and battery life, indicating they really have no idea which phone would better suit you needs (which they have forgotten what you said anyway and keep suggesting a certain phone you've already said you definitely don't want).BEFORE MAKING ANY DECISION about a new phone or new service, make sure you carefully review the costs and terms IN WRITING because what you are legally obligating yourself to may have little in common with what the sales person represented.

My experience at Verizon with Hunter. Was A great experience! She was wonderful, telling me about this new iPhone 15. Which I definitely am interested in future but for now, she help me do a lot of troubleshooting with a problem I had with a refurbished phone from Verizon. She did not hesitate to help me and make sure that I left with a good piece of equipment. You should have more people like Hunter behind your desk! thank you very much for your future customer Charles Trowbridge .
