Overall incredibly disappointed with customer service. I understand the kiosk is not rocket science - but it was my first time making a return via the kiosk so I asked for help. The young women working there were on FaceTime with their boyfriends and when I asked for help they didn’t even get out from behind the counter to help me. What the heck!

I’ve been using this store personally for a few years and I will tell you that they are so efficient, friendly, and professional! I walk in there and they get right to work. I just recently was there a few days ago and was greeted by Ciera. She was wonderful and had me out the door in a few minutes. If you haven’t shipped through this store, you need to start!

I’ve lived all over the south east and this is by far the best UPS store I have ever used for my shipping needs. The service here is personable and efficient!

Terrible customer service from manager to employees (not surprising given the manager). You get the feeling early on that they don't like their job, they just do it for the money and it shows.

I needed to send things home to lighten up my suitcase. There was a bit of a wait, but not too bad. The woman that helped me was very nice and helpful.

Worst experience. Just need printing a basic function of UPS Store. Had 4 files about 50 pages each, told could not print in color, owner had computer with color printer locked and was not present. They started printing 3 copies of each file and did not colate or ask me what was best. Had to go thru and colate documents by hand.
