I was there in a support role as the young lady spoke with her parents in another state.I want to recognize Christina’s patience and professionalism in dealing with a young adult who was dealing with a parent who was partiticipating in the purchase process via the phone. Christina went above and beyond in her level of service - even calling another company’s store to check available inventory when there were a lot of questions.Dealing with tire issues is no fun - but Christiana made the process as efficient as possible. “This review is strictly on the gas station. Usually Sams had a drastically long line for gas. We came to this location and was able to pull right up to a pump. Actually, several pumps were available. The location is very clean as well. Gas is $3.84/gallon, a big pricy but cheaper than most gas stations. Getting in and out of this location is a bit hectic, which is why I deducted a star.”
