I have used a lot of Staples printing services across this country for business and never have I had as much trouble printing a 2 page document than I did at this one! Your management is RUDE and could care less about customer service.

came into the store with 13 minutes left until close to print off a few pages but wasn’t able to because they said there wasn’t enough time. Printing something takes 2-3 minutes tops.

Terrible service. The employees here, for some reason, have really bad attitudes. The one in Bluffton is much better. The manager here must be really bad.

Very frustrated with a straight up exchange. Partially my fault. I had thrown out my receipt, but I had my credit card record on my phone. I was told I could get a store credit and then purchase the new item, however the store credit was only $2.46 versus the original $8.49 plus tax. My original purchase was on a Friday. I went in on Saturday and was told I couldn't exchange without the original receipt. I didn't have time to deal with it so I came back on Monday. The last comment the clerk said to me on Monday was "They don't want us messing with credit cards." ??? So I essentially ended up spending $15.39 on a $9.00 item. Seems a little silly. Just left a bad taste in my mouth.

I visited this staples store today to purchase a laptop and experienced the worst service of my life. From the first interaction to my conversation with their General Manager, I was deeply disappointed. One salesperson even persistently questioned my request for a HP laptop was an i7 and told me numerous times that I didn’t need it and I should look at other models. Then when I tried to purchase the said laptop that was listed online as “on sale in-store only” they refused to match the price. They told me, in not so nice terms, that I would just have to pay regular price, they didn’t know what that coupon was, and didn’t care to price match their company’s advertisement. I finally left in frustration and went to the Bluffton Staples. They were FANTASTIC! I can not recommend that store enough. If you are thinking of going to Staples to purchase a laptop, skip Hilton Head and head to Bluffton. Their customer service is too notch and you will not be disappointed. Nobody needs to deal with the horrible service provided at this Hilton Head property.

I visited the store to get a computer I saw online at a discounted price in store only. And I had a disappointing experience. One of the tech sales people told me I do not need the computer I wanted and that only gamers need an i7 and that my mother must be a gamer if she is telling me to buy it. I did not appreciate the unnecessary remarks. Then, I went to check out and it pulled up at a higher price than stated online and the General Manager refused to price match it even though it was on the staples website as a lower price. That was false advertising and I was disappointed on how the situation was handled. I will definitely not be returning to this staples.

This one is great compared to the one on Hilton Head. This Staples has a good selection of office/school supplies, the printing department is always on point and the store is easy to navigate. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is their in-store selection for some things is kind of weak; not a lot of options for nice pens, mouse(s?), keyboards or other computer accessories. They also have a lot of things on display that they don't actually have to sell. That's not a huge deal, just confusing. Overall it's a great office store and the printing department is amazing.

Not helpful at all.Would not even come around the counter to show me what he was talking about even though I was the only customer.Expensive to fax. Had 3 different types of transactions and he was useless.

I've been going to Staples for years.. never ever have I encountered such a rude condescending manager. Randy at Staples Palmetto Bay Road on Hilton Head island is truly one of the most disrespectful miserable people I have ever met. I will be sure to contact corporate immediately.

I am a local DJ. Called to see if they had a laptop in stock that would fit my needs. The representative told me "for security purposes, I cant give that information out over the phone". Laughable!

Just mean and unhelpful people. It just feels wrong when the customer is an inconvenience. Will drive to another store. I have never been treated so poorly in a Staples in my life.
