My printer ran out of ink when I needed a document printed rather urgently. . I ordered the printing online at Staples on the South end. It was done quickly and with no issues. Highly recommend! I bought a new ink cartridge when I went to pick up my order. I was pleasantly surprised it was in stock! Again, highly recommend Staples, 11 Palmetto Bay Rd., Hilton Head, SC.

Bought La-Z-Boy office chair and it is awesome. Staples staff helpful in getting chair to and into car.

Young fellow working in print section of state, horrible employee. I wanted to purchase a refill for my pen, and it did not have marking. So, I found one on the shelf asked him could he open it so I could verify if it fits, he refused. So, I went proceeds to the re Ginter and said let me try it before paying and if it worked I would buy it. In the process, I open it in front of the store manager (which I did not know who he was or position in the store). The store manager watched me take out my old one and put in the new one and I said it works, so he told me to over the young fellow in the print section and pay for, so I did. At, this point he had an attitude, but I still proceed to pay for it with my credit card, then he threw the package on the counter so hard and towards me, that it landed under by my feet. At this point, I said I am not buying it for the way you are action by throwing this to me. He then proceed to call the store manager over the radio and said that he has a customer that is stealing and leaving the store, asked for assistance at the front door. Mind you, I am not attempting to leave and asking whats his problem, then he said he was going to call the police, I told him go ahead, I will be right here. Then the store manager came over and he was telling him I had stole the refill, and the leaving. The manager was polite in handling the situation and I left the store.

A perfect example of big corporate employees not caring about customer service or helping solve problems. We had a very easy print job and the general manager could not have been less accommodating, understanding or helpful. We down the street to a local printer and they helped us perfectly (and with a smile)…..

I have had three poor experiences with the print department at this Staples. I guarantee this stores printing department financial numbers are poor. We sent the item to printme and for some reason it would not go through.
Instead of being helpful Randy stated there is nothing that can be done. This was my second experience with him. He could have had us sent the file to his email but no he could not be bothered. We were the only ones in the printing department.
I have had wonderful experiences at the Greenville SC and now the Bluffton Staples. The Bluffton Staples helped to get these items printed.

Randy Chandler goes above and beyond the call of duty as a general manager. He is willing to take on any and all roles as needed in the store. From manager, to salesperson, to stacking shelves and taking out the trash! Impressive! Everyone should have this kind of work ethic!

I normally do not leave reviews but thought I should in this instance. I came in myself for some very needed materials that were time sensitive, and after I had to troll the store on my own for nearly 15 minutes, I finally found someone who looked as if they were trying to look busy and not make eye contact with me- it was the store manager. I was just shocked. When I asked for what I needed, he said they didn't have it and either couldn't or wouldn't tell me if they would any time soon (Honestly, I could not distinguish which). I got a non-answer. No help was offered as a substitute or anything. They just didn't care if I gave them my business or not.
It would have been more polite if he had told me to go kick rocks.
I appreciate all the business sent my way from lack of customer service on this store's part!

Poor customer service - The copy and print center is a joke, zero customer service - The self service copier had a glitch, I asked the clerk for assistance and despite standing behind the counter doing nothing, I couldn't get any help from him.

I have used a lot of Staples printing services across this country for business and never have I had as much trouble printing a 2 page document than I did at this one! Your management is RUDE and could care less about customer service.

came into the store with 13 minutes left until close to print off a few pages but wasn’t able to because they said there wasn’t enough time. Printing something takes 2-3 minutes tops.

Terrible service. The employees here, for some reason, have really bad attitudes. The one in Bluffton is much better. The manager here must be really bad.
