The Front Desk name Bria she's rude, I tried to call so many times but she always dropping the call. Also she's mad when I spoked with her. Kindly, fired that person because she's going to ruin the reputation of your company. I hope the General Manager read my concerns.

Very nice hotel. Too far away from the beach to walk. Breakfast was great.
Walkability: Long walk to the beach. Some restaurants nearby within walking distance.

Decent room. However the AC blower was badly placed hitting one's face while on bed. Breakfast was average.

Pros: The morning staff is amazing. They do what they can with what they have. It is also a central location for everything you want to do on the island.
Cons: The “free” breakfast isn’t what you think it is. Bagels, cereal, small yogurt cups, watery eggs. Very watered down and you get the same thing everyday. The comforter does not fit the bed. The a/c does not stay on and it gets hot at night. Housekeeping comes every other day and when they do come, they only change the tissue and take out the trash (don’t make up bed, vacuum). Walls are thin, you can hear everyone coming and going. Adjoined rooms. The doors are locked but it’s creepy. Water pressure in the room is nonexistent and looks like the shower heads could be upgraded. Everything looks better and more spacious in the pictures.

As a Marriott customer for life (and Lifetime Platinum Elite member) I was very disappointed in my stay this past week. First, the window curtain was not long enough for the window so we had to take pillows and cover up the exposed area for dark room at bedtime.
In the bathoom there show left a lot to be desired. Actually it was quite disgusting. First the shower curtain also is not long enough. In addition the shower floor does not drain well and easily overflows all over the bathroom floor. In the corner to the right in the one picture the dirty water pooled up and then leaked on to the bathroom floor. You can also see the wallpaper has water marks on it from flooding.
Location is good and service was ok. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, but more than anything the rooms need a lot of work.

One of the lower price hotels in the area but it was very very clean and the property doesn't seem that old. Hard to find since it is behind the Hilton Home2Suites. Typical of other Springhill and not a fan of the translucent bathroom doors.
The rear of the hotel faces a water treatment plant. I understand can smell on that side. Try to get rooms facing the front. Decent free breakfast.

I was quite disappointed with this hotel. I was locked out of my room because the battery died in the lock mechanism. It took them nearly an hour to get into the room and then to change the battery. I had to skip my plans with my sister because of it and all they gave me was 2,000 lousy points in my account which equates to about $10. I won't stay again.

The hotel was so nice and rooms very large with a walk in closet. Akeem made us feel special with welcome gift since we are gold members. We have never gotten a gift bag before so that was so kind. It is less than a 10 minute drive to the beach. This hotel is definitely in my favorites to visit in the future.

Springhill Suites is Marriott branch and this property is typical of the brand. The location is great for us as golfers because it is centrally located near the courses we play and many restaurants. Clean, well maintained, fast check in, freindly staff. The breakfasts are top notch! Comfy bed but NO HOT WATER!! I heard others on the 4th floor complain as well.
