worst streaming and quality service provider on the island. Internet is so slow and customer service is insanely terrible. Spectrum on the island used to be top tier but now they’re one of the worst company’s to choose from.

Brought in a new phone I purchased from Amazon (not available from store staff were polite, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Absolutely first-rate experience.

I walked in, and nobody greeted me, there were three associates, and no one said hello. I was not helped the associate refused to help me.

This company is horrible. Customer service is a joke. Told me the poor streaming quality was partially my fault. Looks like I will have to go to Hargray here in HH and to Altafiber in Cincy.

When things are well it’s the best internet on the island. However after living in several different cities I’ve never had an internet service that fails to work over a simple shower. I can understand a thunderstorm taking out internet but a standard rainfall should not interrupt service. Unfortunately this is the best option around but they do nothing to improve or appease their subscribers

We had an appointment from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Waited until 7:30 PM no tech. Rescheduled for the following day for 11 AM to 12 PM again another no-show.

After signing up for brand new phone, internet and tv services this is the WORST Company to deal with. In 5 days I have had 4 technicians come out to our house to either install, fix, repair and reinstall 3 very basic services, and have spent 21 hours and 8 minutes trying to get every mistake and dropped ball fixed by their various departments. Thankfully this company isn’t the only game in town and we finally have services with another more reputable service provider.Do yourself a huge favor save yourself some money (yes they are $32.17 per month more expensive), and a lot of time and frustration and do NOT hire this company.

I hate going to the cable store. But my last visit was very good. Quick efficient service. I was in and out in under 3 minutes.

Anthony was our customer specialist at this location. A more knowledgeable, kind, courteous individual could not be found. He answered all our questions and concerns. He got our phones setup with Spectrum in a timely manner. Thank you..customer service like this is unheard of today!

I would like to know why, when people post negative reviews and are unhappy, the manager responds with additional hoops the customer must go through, telling them they must click on link and provide additional information. That just continues the cycle of poor customer service. Instead, the manager should be the one taking the initiative to solve the problem.

When I first signed up with Spectrum on Hilton Head Island, I had an issue with pixelating and ghostly images whenever a movie came on, never with commercials. Many technicians over the years tried to address the issue with no success, that is, up until today. A bearded wonder by the name of Nicholas out of Columbia, SC was my latest technician, in a matter of 10 minutes, give or take,he resolved the problem and stayed on for another 2 hours till he was satisfied He even gave me an opinion as to why my WiFi had a weak signal, which I will follow up on tomorrow. Thankyou Spectrum for sending this gentleman and if I have any future issues, I hope it's Nicholas knocking on my door

My experience with the staff at the Hilton Head Island SC store this morning with the employees was disrespectful, disappointing and exhibited blatant racism! I would like to speak with a high level manager.

If I could rate a "0" I would. They are "experiencing difficulties" now that we're watching news about Trump. They might have the problem fixed by tomorrow evening. Yeah, when Donald Trump is back home & we've missed everything.You are as bad as Hargray, maybe worse. Your TV service goes out more than it's on. If it were up to me, I'd get rid of you, but we only have 2 services available in Sun City. Do NOT sign up for these people! They have more issues than a 95 year old! Go elsewhere.

A Review is for the friendly and helpful staff at this location. This is my fifth time dealing with this store and its staff and find it to be a pleasant easy experience. I rated it four stars because I wish the spectrum corporation was equally easy to work with.
