Terrible customer service!! I asked for the basic internet services for Netflix and Kindle
Only. They started adding streaming devices and equipment sent along with another 40.00 on my bill each month!! I never asked for any other service yet they continued to bill me for all the charges. After four attempts talking to customer service Reps, still no change to my monthly bill when asked to adjust it!! I ended up canceling services. Very unhappy with them!

Spectrum store in Hilton Head, SC has the best Representatives. Christopher knows customers and he knows how to make the customer feel welcomed and valued. He gets 5 stars from us.

I tried to switch my Verizon account to Spectrum but whenever I stopped by for the second time to complete the process they didn’t fulfill the deal that we have agreed upon.
I ended up waisting gas and my time.

I came here two days ago, to switch 4 cell phone lines (coming from Verizon), they offered me a free activation fee and I booked to carry out the entire switch process today, as two days ago the store was closing. Today, I came with my family, to finally carry out the portability and guess what? They no longer wanted to honor the promised free activation fee. They simply did not honor what was promised. I strongly wouldn’t recommend.

Dan was awesome with our hardware pickup. Fun, lighthearted, humorous person to deal with. As well as Kevin and the other gentleman we (my family) dealt with. Would recommend this specific store to anyone looking for new phones, plans, electronics, etc.

I've been to this store and the customer service regarding switching phones from ATT to Spectrum was wonderful. BUT I need this store's direct phone number. I cannot find it anywhere. None of the 888 or 866 numbers for this store is a direct number. It goes to the call center and the call center cannot answer my question. They tell me to drive to the store and ask. BUT I'm an hour and half away. Ridiculous. The "chat with us" on this store's site is the call center robot. The Chamber of Commerce number for this store is not the local number. The Facebook page for this store does not have a message button nor a local number. DUMB!

worst streaming and quality service provider on the island. Internet is so slow and customer service is insanely terrible. Spectrum on the island used to be top tier but now they’re one of the worst company’s to choose from.

Brought in a new phone I purchased from Amazon (not available from store staff were polite, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Absolutely first-rate experience.

Had a problem with our TVs in the rental unit and Mark came out ... first, 30 minutes ahead of schedule. B, the window was 60 minutes long - unheard of. Usually it's like four hours. Mark was absolutely one of the best technicians I have ever encountered in my MANY years in dealing with tech stuff ... everything works perfectly and he was AMAZING.

This company is horrible. Customer service is a joke. Told me the poor streaming quality was partially my fault. Looks like I will have to go to Hargray here in HH and to Altafiber in Cincy.

I am a three year customer of Spectrum Internet. I will be leaving them as soon as my Hargrave service is installed. My internet speed is less than 25 percent of what I am paying for and customer service told me I was at fault for not replacing my three year old equipment. Customer Service could care less about existing customers. They are smug and not very smart....a really bad combination. Reminds me of a quote. "When you're dead you dont know you're dead. The pain is only felt by others. The same thing happens when your stupid"

When things are well it’s the best internet on the island. However after living in several different cities I’ve never had an internet service that fails to work over a simple shower. I can understand a thunderstorm taking out internet but a standard rainfall should not interrupt service. Unfortunately this is the best option around but they do nothing to improve or appease their subscribers

We had an appointment from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Waited until 7:30 PM no tech. Rescheduled for the following day for 11 AM to 12 PM again another no-show.
