The associates are always friendly and helpful. Love the products. Very disappointed in my recent purchases. Bought 2 bracelets of the same kind in November and another identical one in March. One from November broke- worried that the other two will too and they were gifts. I get it if it was a$20 bracelet but it was $75. Not a good look. Offered a 15% discount which I could get if I signed up for email.

I can’t say enough about the top notch customer service from Spartina 449!!!
I had an issue and emailed them, within hours I had responses from three different ladies in the company, including the general manager.
I work in the retail/ service industry and I can, honestly, say that I have never received such prompt and friendly service anywhere!!
Hands down… the Best!!
Thank you Spartina for your beautiful brand & customer service!!

Very disappointed! Earrings I purchased last winter (2022-23) fell apart! Paid good money for them. I winter here so brought them back this winter and was told they could not do anything without a receipt. She did recognize them she said . The sales woman was rude, very rude!! Who keeps an earring receipt for a yr?
These stores make a sweet profit I’m sure. I wasn’t even offered to purchase something at a discount. I wasn’t looking for a full refund even. Really Spartina???
I won’t step foot in this store again.

I went to an Art & Seafood festival in the area, and Spartina was one of the vendors set up, there store was on this particular street. I have bought from Spartina at an outlet in the past. Customer service was great, and efficient. The sales seem to be a reasonable price. I did buy a few items. The store was clean and had a nice vibe. I would shop here again in the near future. Give the storefront a visit, you will surely find something nice and unique.

Very nice store. Nice and open. Employees are very nice. Organized as well. This store seems larger than the other locations in our county. With that being said it seems the smaller stores have more variety?!?

Study attractive compliments galore, goes with everything it's a walking postcard for every place you love and have been. I have a large tote and the Crossbody bag along with the matching scarf.

Caution when ordering online... super slow shipping and expensive. Ordered a top through Spartina's recent warehouse sale - 8/11. As of 8/28, never received the package but was charged for the item on my credit card. When I called customer service, was told lost in transit (prepared but never shipped out). Super disappointing and now top was out of stock online. Would not order online again. Spartina 449 definitely needs to update their logistics and shipping processes.

I visited the Hilton Head Island store in Shelter Cove several months ago and saw the perfect housewarming gift for a friend relocating to South Carolina. After my friend moved into her new home, I called the store and the sales person was very friendly and helpful in taking my order and sending the gifts.

I really like spartina but I’m a bit upset because there are signs all over saying “warehouse sale” so I showed up…. Walked about 2 minutes each way in 93 degree weather, in my scrubs and under-scrubs (as I just got off work) to go to this sale. Only to find out at the entrance that it’s ticket only…. If it is ticket only then DO NOT put up signs for the public…. You should simply attach the address or directions on the ticket and/or confirmation. Not very happy at all

Zero customer service. This organization does not care one bit about their customer base or customer loyalty. I ordered luggage and 10 days later it's 30% off. I call for a credit and hey would not honor it nor would they give a valid reason. Their customer service manager 'Mary K." was unphased and didn't care. When I asked her to speak with someone else, i was told no one else would take a call from me or call me at a later time 'they don't take phone calls'. So basically, she didn't care and told me no one else in the organization cared either. Well, good job Mary K., you lost a loyal customer and one who will be spreading the word on Spartina 449 and their lack of appreciation to their customer base. Any other store would have honored the price change within a two week period.

Wow! I ordered a top that shrunk considerably in the wash when I followed the washing instructions, two weeks after receipt of my order. I sent an email about a refund or replacement and this is what I received in response: "Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on used/washed merchandise. We would like to encourage you to use the following discount code: "Mermaid23" on your next purchase for your troubles." I will never order from here again! Buyer beware; they do not stand behind their merchandise.
