Five stars is not enough for how exceptional this bank and their employees are! The exceptional service provided consistently goes above and beyond my expectations as a personal bank account holder and a small business owner. From the friendly and knowledgeable staff to their prompt and efficient assistance with any banking needs, every interaction leaves me feeling valued and appreciated. Their support for our small business is invaluable and I would never bank elsewhere. Mrs. Rose, the branch manager, is absolutely exceptional and has prompt attention to every matter. Mrs. Rose and Mrs. Pam are just a few of the great people who go above and beyond for my small business needs, but deserve to be highlighted. Greed drives this bank. Trash customer service and outrageous fees to rob the little guys.I dont recommend this bank if you are a veteran or a family person because that's who they screw over the most

I came into this location with a friend of mine who was going to cash my check for me. I walked up to the teller and spoke with Ann-Marie. Everything was fine at first but she started to question if my check was fake. I understood her telling my friend the risks of cashing my check but she kept going on about if my check was fraudulent the back lash would be in my friend and giving her a look like she was trying to tell her not to do it. I gave Ann-Marie no reason to think my check was fake and it most definitely wasn’t I work very hard for the money I earn. To me this felt like an act of racism and I feel she needs to be disciplined or at least talked to about judging a book by it’s cover.

Horrible experience due to ignorance. Residential mortgage approval VP absurd. After having approval, rejected a closing! Why pre-approve? Cost us thousands. Looking forward to pursuing issues! Approved at another lender in 15 days!
