Staff that was very helpful, and I am extremely pleased with this store. The manager who rang up my order even reviewed my order and noticed I did not receive a certain discount, and took the time to correct my order without me even noticing it.

I went in for a paint match to my new kitchen cabinet door. A SW employee named Erika took my cabinet door and was throwing it around on the counter. I told her that was a new cabinet door going back up. She then got an attitude. I will now drive out of my way to go to Benjamin Moore. She lacks customer service skills majorly.

I absolutely love this store. The difference between buying paint and paint-related products here and at the big box stores is night and day. Great service: The staff is willing to take time to answer questions and give advice both over the phone (no waiting for endless menus of options and being put on hold forever before finally talking to an indifferent employee) and in person. Without asking they kept a file on all my purchases and were able to identify a paint color I had purchased some time ago but had forgotten its name. The store seems like a family-run business instead of a large corporate entity. I don't usually take the time to write unsolicited reviews like this, but it's so unusual nowadays to find such superior customer service on behalf of quality products that I wanted to take the time to do so. As a huge bonus, during my last call the gentleman helping me volunteered to deliver the paint to our embarkation dock so that I didn't have to make a trip over to the mainland. (I live on Daufuskie Island, a bridge-less island.) Highly recommend!!
