These good folks go above and beyond the usual business as usual expectation. The day after they re-plugged a flat I had put an "emergency plug" in, I realized the 12V plug in pump I had used had fried a butterfly fuse for the outlet in the dash. I bought the wrong size at an Autozone (bad on me). I dropped by Isalnd Tire South to see id I could by one 10amp mini. The gentleman on the desk popped one into my hand - no charge! That is who and what tjey are.

Great service. They got me in quickly for a valve atem replacement on my Jeep tire. Thanks for the great service. Price surprised me in a good way. Was a lot less expensive than i anticipated.

I'd give 10 stars if I could. On vacation and had a nail in my tire. I was in and out in less than an hour. The cost was very fair. Thanks for saving my vacation.

Daniel went above and beyond to help me when I showed up right before 5 with an emergency. He got me on my way with my spare in no time. I went in the next day and he had me out in 15 minutes. It's good to know we have local businesses that know what good customer service looks like.

Good customer service, has quite a few items from household supplies to food and beverages.Outside could be a little more up-to-date and clean but otherwise, I good location.

Went in for tire repair in April '23. We were visiting the area from 900 miles away. I Was informed, after a couple hours, that they weren't able to repair the tire, since it was a run flat tire. Instead, they proposed a $4,000 set of Pirelli Scorpion tires. They also proposed a set of slightly less expensive tires, for about $3,800. The set they proposed to replace, are an excellent set of Continental tires, with approximately 10k miles on them, with plenty of tread remaining. I declined their proposals, then proceeded to the relevant car dealership (about 20 mins further distance). They confirmed: 1. the tire was not repairable, 2. The other 3 tires had plenty of tread, and it would be perfectly safe to replace only the damaged tire. The dealer ordered the exact replacement, and we were on our way for about $650. I realize Island tire is a local favorite. That's why I went there first. My experience was highly inconsistent with their overall Yelp rating.

Came into town and needed my wife's cars pads and rotors replaced. They got us right in the next day and had the car done by the end of the day.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Island Tire. Honest, reasonable, quick service. My Jeep has ridiculously tedious access requirements to change lightbulbs and I asked about changing all lights just to get it done due to labor process. They let me know they only changed the two I originally asked for because the others were not as difficult to access and they still functioned. Might not seem like a lot, but they could have easily convinced me to spend more than I needed to and sadly, lightbulb changes for this vehicle are not a dollar.

We had everything we stop for. Gas, restroom, hot water, some snacks and trow some waste away. Everything was clean, and stuff friendly.
