My family was on vacation in Hilton Head and the AC was not working well in my son's Santa Fe. I give them two stars instead one star because they did manage to fit us into their busy schedule. The one star review is for them charging $238 for simply adding A/C coolant. Seriously?

Don’t use the car wash!!! Ripped the back wiper blade off a new car. When I called about it the only response was sorry, enter at your own risk! Nice customer service.

I pulled into station 1 on friday with an oil leak. I had just had my oil changed with my mechanic 2 weeks earlier. The mechanic told me not to drive it but they were closing and would reopen on Monday. So i had to leave my car. On monday morning they told me it was an oil casket. ( it could be $1000!)I had my car towed to my mechanic and he told me it was a faulty air filter. NO CHARGE! can you believe how station one tried to ripe me off!!!!stay away from here.

The staff was a but condescending when I asked for my rotors to be resurfaced instead of replaced. They were communicative over the phone and had my car done by the next morning.

The cashier was VERY VERY rude. For no reason at all. I don't know what her name was but she had long brown hair. She also was not wearing a face mask even though there were signs all over the establishment saying they were required for customers and employees.

Don't stop here if your expecting service or gas! Stopped in from Indiana for a wedding on Burke's beach and tryed to get cigarettes and fuel after the wedding but the little short cubby black girl with messed up eyed refused me service after I went back out and got my id for her took it out of my wallet for her it did slide on the counter but I apologized for being aggravated she told me she would not sell me them to get the f*** out of her store!!! My wife of course went back in to tryed to talk and apologize to the woman to get told you shouldn't of even brought your lazy a** in here get out! Then shut my fuel off after I tryed to use a card and flipped us off out the window!! Very great service would not stop in here I would push my car to next station before I went there again!!
