They were wonderful people, and cared for my beloved Tissot PRC200 in a timely manner. They were reasonably priced and extremely professional.You could tell from the shop that they understand jewelry and are truly pros.HIGHLY recommend.

I was on vacation in Hilton Head Island, they did an excellent repair on my ring with exceptional service. (repair that other jewelry stores couldn't do) I took the opportunity to buy a beautiful chain that I wear every day because it fascinated me!

The jewelry it's okay but you have look at it really good before do any purchase. They don't have to much criterion or not dealing with there own jewelry. they say there job it's good but it's not. I bought a necklace at Keller flea market and was not good not welding right and my son almost loose it. They fixed but... that is not a good job for me... medinas's jewelry at Keller's flea market has high quality of gold and solid.... I do recommend it. local 712

Great service. We were visiting Hilton Head and decided to purchase jewelry on our last day. We were looking for gold anklets and needed an 11" chain. There seemed to be none in stock anywhere and the owner at Luis Quintero's custom made the length needed within the hour. Amazing customer service and quality. So happy we found this local establishment! Highly recommend!!!

My infant daughter lost an earring during our vacation to Hilton head and we didn’t want her ear piercing to close. We went to Luis Quintero and he had a large selection of small kids earrings, all with with screw back closures. I liked that he’s a real jeweler, as evidenced by the big magnifying glasses he was wearing on his head. The price was reasonable and it got us back to Hilton Head fun in short order. Definitely the type of privately owned jeweler I’m used to and I’d return if I had any jewelry need in HH again.

Over charge, super expensive. We spend over a $1000.00 today, then charge me $ 30.00 to fix a little ankle bracelet. Never again, they loose my business!!
