Publix is always a great supermarket to shop at. But this location is quite busy since it is near most of the resorts. I went in there recently it was picked clean. The Publix at festival center is a lot slower.

I ordered groceries for curbside pick up, received an email around 3pm that my order was ready. I arrived around 4:15 to be told I had to wait. After being given another person’s groceries and then realizing they missed an entire bag of produce and taking my own groceries to the car we were able to be on our way by 5:25. Not a convenient experience as advertised. Personnel was not helpful, giving excuses that only 2 employees were taking care of curbside customers. Woefully understaffed and rude. We all know Saturday is turnover day and the store will be busy. Do better. I’ll shop at Harris teeter next time

I have been shopping here since 2017 and it has gone downhill. The prices are outrageous. You can never get to items because of all the carts and stockers blocking the aisles. They are always out of a lot of items. Lately, I have had items that I realized were moldy when I opened them (and they were not expired). The only positive thing I can say is several of the staff are really nice. I am seriously considering shopping elsewhere.

I can’t believe this is a Publix. The Publix stores I know are well-organized, inviting, and have friendly associates who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. This place is a wreck! It looks like a tornado came through! There are shipping boxes stacked everywhere, blocking the aisles. The product on the shelves is in disarray — not the neatly organized shelves for which Publix is famous. Asked for help finding something and got only a shrug in response. The one and only open register (other than self-check) froze and everyone in line was told (without apology) that they would need to go to another line. There was no other line. It just got worse and worse.

Great super market. The staff is always helpful and the products you need are surprisingly always well stocked. It's a really well ran store. Shout out to management and the dedicated employees that make this such a great place to shop!

To me, it did not match up to the other grocery store on HHI in brightness, cleanliness, and friendly staff. Was well stocked, and prices seemed to be on par with the competition.

Nice little grocery store, not as large of a selection as kroger, but staff was friendly and you don't need to be a member to get the sales prices ?
