What I thought was going to be a major body (hit) fix for my Mercedes sedan became a doable fix by Scott at Precision Auto Body of Hilton Head, LLC. I HIGHLY recommend this shop for their honesty, quality of work and the fix in a timely manner.

I couldn’t be happier with the service and repair to my GMC. Scott was extremely easy to work with, had the best price for the repair to my dented tailgate and an unbelievable quick turn around. I would highly recommend Precision Auto Body to anyone in need of body work on their vehicle!

I went to Precision Auto Body to have a deep gouge (down to bare metal) in the hood of my BMW repaired. The repair work was excellent and done in 2 days. The paint match was perfect and you cannot see or feel where the gouge was on the hood. The charge was very reasonable and there was no increase from the estimated cost. The estimate was lowest of the 4 I got; the most expensive quote was $1,100 more.I highly recommend Precision Auto Body.

Precision Auto Body did the work on my car after I hit a deer. They got me in quickly, ordered parts quickly, and had me back in my car in no time! It looks brand new! What a joke of a place!!! Came in for an estimate. Didn’t have my wallet for the $25 charge so said I’d be back at 4 since I was having dinner down the streeet at 5. The “gentleman” said sure no problem. So I show up at 4. And they’re closed. What an absolute joke. DO NOT USE THIS DUMP! If this is their idea of an estimate, who knows have awful their work is. Don’t use this place!!!!

I love my Mercedes, and crunched it on a parking concrete divider, ouch. Was referred to Precision from a friend, and they got me in right away, ordered parts, and had it back within a few days. Happy to pay the price for great service and nice people. My car is pretty again!

I needed a new hood, when I went to pick up the car it appeared as though the hood had been painted while it was dirty and had several runs in the paint, not to mention the car was filthy after having arrived clean. The owner dismissed my concerns and said they would buff out. I then realized that my check engine light had come on (car was recently serviced and had no problem before). After alerting the owner to this he began to yell at me. Demanding that I bring the car back in that day or that he wouldn't work on it again. This all occurred after paying up front. It's not a good feeling to give someone almost $2k and have them dismiss your concerns and yell at you in front of other clients

Believing another vehicle “brushed” my Jeep’s front wheel well that left a sizable scrape of about 15” in length. I got my first estimate of $400 to fix it from auto body shop in Bluffton. I then went to Precision on HHI for a second opinion where the owner Nick said he believed the scrape appeared to be simply paint maybe from a drive thru or garage door. Nick took a bottle of something he had and with a little elbow grease removed the paint revealing there wasn’t any actual damage after all. Thank you Nick for your diagnosis, otherwise I likely would have paid $400 elsewhere. Nice to meet an honest person/business owner. Thanks Nick, you saved me time and money.Service: Body & Trim

I had a fender bender and Scott Ciccarelli meanaged the repairs very expediciously and my car looks beautiful! An added bonus to the service is that the location is close to an Enterprise car rental and they have a nice partnership so that the client is fully serviced very professionally and completely by being able to rent a car in a hassle free way while mine was being serviced.
