Everything is broken and if it works it's barely. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. The owners do not care about the business and seem to be running it into the ground

This is business clearly does not care about its customers. On multiple occasions I have lost money in the vacuum system. And when they do work the suction is substandard. From reading the reviews I am not the only one this has happened to. How the town of Hilton Head can issue a business license to such a substandard operation is beyond me.

This is the worse car wash on the planet. Don't waste your money. One lane took my $2 and had no engine cleaner so half my time spent waiting to kick in. Finally found only one position worked soap and I have way more pressure with may garden hose. Changed lanes and got a.little more pressure but again no engine cleaner so halftime wasted. Used vacuum and power was so low had to use it to pick up dirt then shake it out and do it again No phone number anywhere to complain. I guess they are sick of hearing it! Terrible.

1st towel dispenser ate my money, 2nd towel dispenser ate my money, so then tried to wash car after a 12 hour trip and the hose nozzle sprayed water EVERY which way. I’m now soaked. Garbage bins are all overflowing (I could go on). An absolute junkhole.

None of the vacuums work, I would've been better off to sweep it out by hand. No pressure in the wash bays. This might be the worst kept place on the island plus it ate my two dollars stay away make the drive for quality.

Sometimes there is soap in the self do car wash sprayer, sometimes there is not. Sometimes the vacuums work, sometimes they just take your money. Owner needs to put some TLC into the place.

Deposited my money for the automatic wash and it said to wait for the wash to ready...except it never did. I waited 10 minutes, tried pulling in and out, and nothing happened. Unless you're looking to throw away money, keep away!

Absolutely terrible. DO NOT USE. No soap, no wax. Automated wash only does half the car. No attendant , no phone numbers posted for refunds. I have been using location for years and it seems to get worse every year. I am done with this one. Go elsewhere.
