After trying to locate the PNC ATM, we finally realized there was one at the new location at Shelter Cove. Went to the old location on Office Park because as of yesterday, the PNC automated system still directed you to this location! Found a sign that said they moved, but no indication that there is an ATM at Shelter Cove. Get your act together PNC!!

Agreeing with the review below. I work odd hours so I utilize your ATM for most transactions. Have been driving repeatedly to the Office Park location thinking your ATM was just down and was getting replaced. Would've been nice for a heads up or some signage saying locations were changing. I opened up an account with another bank over this would've stayed with PNC had I been aware.

Was approved for a loan online and was told this branch would contact me to make an appointment for next steps. I wasn't contacted so called a few times but never had my call returned. Ended up taking my business elsewhere.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !! went to cash a insurance check as my car was just totaled out. The lady the desk told me first they could only do $10,000 and then told me they didn't even have the kind of money in the vault. Then she didn't have any customer service skills or recommendations on what to do. She could have simply suggested I open an account with them but instead told me to go to my bank. This experience has ruined it for me and I will NEVER RETURN TO PNC BANK

Don't know why anyone would give them a bad review? We had to set up a wire transfer and they couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful!! We were greeted when we walked in and the banker we sat with was friendly.

This branch is the poster child of poor customer service. Tried to file a purchase dispute claim per the 800 line instruction I received from that rep. Hilton Head Branch Manager refused my request. Said I needed to call the 800 number. The perfect circular dodge to provide expected service.

Visiting Hilton Head I needed to go to PNC when I looked up where it was and the review of the bank was not very good when I went there they were very nice very helpful so I don't know why they got a bad rating.

Very unhelpful customer service. Tried to cash a check there and they didn’t have enough founds to cover it and the lady who “helped me” didn’t give any suggestions as of when they could have the cash. The check was only for $7,000. She only said: “I am sorry, we can’t do it” never mentioned when they would have money or anything even though it was a check from one of their customers. What poor customer service…..
