They went above and beyond to make sure that I would get the right size of the slippers I want to wear on my wedding day and made sure I got them before my departure. I’m from abroad and couldn’t find anything suitable at home, but I knew Phillips would have something for me that’ll be comfortable for my feet and look cute! Every year I’ve purchased a pair of shoes here and will gladly come back when I return to HHI. Much love and appreciation to all staff, especially Ainsley.

Came in today to look at a pair of shoes with my fiancé. There was a couple being helped by an employee in front of the shoes we were interested in looking at. We waited for 20 mins while the other customer tried on various shoes and complained about all of them, and the employee understood that we were trying to look shoes in that section. Instead of asking the customer’s wife if she would kindly move to the other side, the three of them went on a political tirade. At one point, the employee pulled her phone out to show the couple political posts while they laughed. Completely unprofessional, and we will not be returning. It’s a shame—I loved Phillips Shoes in Charleston and would often shop there growing up.

They have a very wide selection of shoes with those fashionable zippers on the side. I love mine, and so much easier than the traditional types. I want to get a pair for my mom, who has some difficulty getting her sneakers on and off.

Excellent shoe store located in the Fresh Market Shoppes across from Palmetto Dunes - convenient from all parts of the island. The employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and are happy to make recommendations tailored to your specific criteria. In fact, they are the most knowledgeable shoe experts I have come across. We have purchased several pairs of shoes from here and will be returning for all our shoe purchases in the future. Highly recommended.
