This woman was full of smiles, stopped everything she was doing to help me three different times. Was the only employee I could find in the entire store on a Saturday Afternoon. And was such a joy to be helped by. She's also also easy on the eyes which helps as well, lol. One of the things that we had picked out for my dog was incorrect. I was in Bluffton and stopped by the Bluffton store to return it where I was informed without a receipt and them, not being on the same system they can only give me a store credit. The lady at the cash register was actually scary looking was satanic emblems all over her neck and her ears. After seeing how I should be treated at a Petsmart, it cost me $300 just to walk in the front door, I will never go to the Bluffton store again from now on Melody has made Petsmart on Hilton head my new home store. Now if anybody's reading in corporate, would that make sense for me to drive past the Bluffton store just to go 25 minutes to 30 minutes further to Hilton head because the service is so much better. Fix your Bluffton store maybe Model after the Hilton head store ...

Evergreen Pet Lodge

I was nervous to put her at just any kennel but my mom has used Evergreen for years and assured me it was the best. They took amazing care of my dog and she was healing beautifully in their care. We are never going anywheres else! Highly recommend!

109 Mathews Dr, Hilton Head IslandOur vet was out of town on Friday and our sweet girl dog had what we thought was a UTI. We called Hilton Head Vet and they scheduled an appointment for us that day. Even though we were not on of their patients. They could not have been kinder to us. The receptionist was friendly and made such a great impression on us. The vet tech loved on our pup and thoroughly explained what she was doing. Dr. Mcginnis took a lot of time helping us and our pup. We so appreciated all they did for us!

Plantation Animal Hospital
105 Dillon Rd Suite B, Hilton Head IslandWe were leaving our dog with the Doggy Day Care next door. When reviewing his paperwork, we discovered his rabies shot had expired and he would not be allowed to stay without receiving a new one. The hospital took him in and gave him the vaccine and then delivered him to their day-care center. Saved our round of golf that day! Thank you for your quick service to make our day. Golf sucked...but that's another story...

We can’t say enough with the work Ashley, Jaxx, Tanner, and staff have done with Finn. He is polite, obedient, and excited to go to school every time. We have trained with other trainers before we moved to Hilton Head and we can honestly say that Paws On Learning is the best we have ever worked with!!

I'm giving them 5 stars in spite of the cole slaw being too sweet and the green beans too salty for my taste... The popcorn shrimp and crab cakes were excellent - definitely a cut above. My companions felt the same way about their choices. Collectively we can vouch for the oysters, shrimp and scallops, as well as the fish and chips along with my entry mentioned above. Just don't be in a hurry to order & be seated. Once you order, your food will be out & on your table super quick.

100 N Sea Pines Dr, Hilton Head IslandMy wife and I ate dinner at Fraser’s at 6:00 on a Monday evening in November. Plenty of parking, food was PERFECT, and drinks were delicious. My wife is gluten free and there are many options.
I recommend the ceasar salad and house old fashioned. The burgers were also amongst the best I have ever had…no hyperbole!

After texting him some brief ideas and tastes, he put together the most beautiful assortment of fresh baked pastries; tarts, fresh fruit, unique crème brûlées, pistachio creations, seasonal apple pastries…many were also GF! And even a hand written birthday card. All done in LESS THAN ONE HOUR!
Hilton Head Island has always offered exceptional cuisine, and now they have an equally exceptional and extraordinary hand crafted bakery. Even better than Boulangerie Utopie!

1 Hudson Rd, Hilton Head IslandWe had a fantastic seafood meal at Hudson's! Our server, Borg, was excellent. He helped my wife ordering a meal that was suitable for her dairy allergy. I had the fried Flounder Filet and it was enough food for me to bring home part of it for lunch the next day. The flounder was as good as I've ever had. My wife had the crab cakes which were outstanding. I have to admit, the hush puppies were as good as the reputation! Must visit it you are in Hilton Head.

10 Humane Way, Hilton Head IslandThe kindest people ever...and they truly are a blessing to the lost / homeless or just looking for their forever home due to mean people. We took a very sweet stray named Bob ( still there) that just turned up at our house. He just wanted love/water and food. He had been dumped or just left. We already have 2 felines so just wanted him to be loved for himself. He is just a love. We took him to our Vet's/ then called the Humane society and they greatfully said bring him to the shelter. He is in such good hands and out of danger .Blessings to all who work and volunteer to safe those that can not speak.
