The lady at the front counter was so chatty to the guy buying expensive items but extremely rude to us buying a charm. Didn’t even make eye contact or say thank you for coming.

Come on now. No need to be rude. Sis & I were curious about a flag hanging in front of the shop. Sis asked how much. He said are you going to buy. She said no. He immediately says "Bye" just like that. Very dismissive. Where's the southern hospitality? Not everyone will buy.
