Beautiful flowers delivered as promised. My Mom loved them.In fact, they were delivered about twelve hours after I ordered them!Mums the Word is my go to florist when I need something for any occasion in the Hilton Head area. They always come through!

What a great place to buy flowers for my wife! I said that my wife likes daises and to be creative. They arranged the nicest piece for my wife and made her feel special! Thank you ladies! ?

Wow! This business went above and beyond! When we were in Hilton Head for Mother's Day, our sons sent me flowers through and 800 number. Unfortunately I never received the flowers. We don't really know what happened to them and we couldn't find out who the 800 company gave the order to!! I called Mums The Word , by compete chance and I believe the owner answered. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, because she was lovely. I explained what had happened and she thought my name was familiar, but it being Monday morning after the holiday, she was up to her elbows in stuff going on. She promised to research and call me back. A few hours later she did. Her records indicated they'd been delivered. She offered to redo the order, which I think was tremendously generous. The flowers are gorgeous. Thank you Moms The Word for being so kind!

Nothing like what I ordered. I ordered all red roses and they filled it mixed saying they would upgrade the boquette; what was delivered was thrown together; not symetric; not arranged; almost no babies breath; no bow; Box of chocolates was old/ heat damaged. $180, this is unacceptable.

This is the cheapest most pathetic arrangement of flowers I have ever seen. There are four yellow daisies and the rest is filler. I could make a better arrangement with my yard flowers. I highly recommend you skip flowers or anything else from this shop.

Flowers were ordered and delivered to the wrong address. Flowers were reordered and delivered to the same wrong address. When we asked them to resolve the issue, we were told that they were refusing to deliver them to the right address because they were "eating the cost of the flowers" and that we were essentially lying about it being the wrong address. We looked up where they delivered them and it's 15 minute drive away so not even close enough to walk and get ourselves. We were also told "we aren't going to keep delivering flowers that you don't want"...we do want them, we just aren't at the address they keep taking them to. We provided them kindly with the correct address but the attitude they have for their own mistake is astounding.So don't worry guys, we'll pay for an Uber to and from the wrong address to go get the flowers that we do indeed want and eat that cost ourselves. You wouldn't have to eat any cost if you delivered them correctly the second time. The first time was the mistake of 1800 Flowers who provided the wrong address, which we apologized for despite it not being our fault. But then we were told it was absolutely our fault, fine, we're sorry. The second time is absolutely on you though because we gave you the correct address, but there was no apology.Also, we understand that mistakes happen, that's totally cool! However, accusing us of lying, not wanting the flowers, flat out refusing to work with us to resolve your mistake, not apologizing for your mistake and having an attitude about the whole thing when we were trying to be kind? Welp, that's not cool at all yo.

Hugely disappointed in prom corsage and boutonniere. I asked for lush, deep (almost black) red large roses and very minimal baby’s breath. Came with half the corsage and boutonniere full of baby’s breath, had to ask for most of the baby’s breath to be removed, mini roses, a bow that didn’t match my request and they had nothing to replace it with. While I was offered a refund, but no replacement for the flowers, where was I supposed to get a wrist corsage the day of the prom? I wish they had just said they couldn’t fulfill my request when ordered.

This delivery was fantastic. Past flowers lasted 2 days. During holidays. So happy to get flowers that last. Great bunch this round!!! And the delivery lady was fantastic!!! She even walked them in and placed on table. Fantastic Thank you Mums

They are partnered with From You Flowers.com - what got delivered didn't even come close to what was ordered, was smaller, not fresh - even the vase was wrong. From You Flowers made it right and chose a different florist on the island to send a new arrangement.

This is the worst florist. They are expensive and the arrangements are skimpy with half dead flowers. Don't waste your money.
