Andria was wonderful! She hooked me up with a mattress, box spring, and queen frame for a great price. I originally wanted to stay under $500 out the door but wound up spending a little more for a spare room bed set that will last longer in the end. If you need anything ask for her. She’s the bomb!

We spoke with AndriaShe was very knowledgeable about the difference types of materials in Mattress.She was interested in our design, and showed a willingness to help us find what we needed at the right price . Clean and large showroom. Good hours. Knowledgeable and no high pressure sales staff. Excellent online shopping experience too. Easy to pay online. Courteous delivery people. Had one problem with our order, but the store manager took care of it swiftly.

We purchased a mattress from a local Mattress Frim affiliate who is no longer in business. We were terribly dissatisfied with our hybrid beauty rest mattress. After numerous attempts with corporate to resolve the issue, Andria Ware came to our defense to rectify the situation. Andria was extremely helpful, professional, & knowledgeable. We can not thank her enough for all of her efforts in resolving this matter. She’s located at the HHI store.

I walked in the door and told Tommy (the salesman). What I was looking for and my price range..he suggested the best mattress at the best price value. I tried it out, loved it and bought it…he got me the price, with tax and delivery and I bought an excellent mattress in record time. Tommy was awesome!

Best mattress buying experience I have ever had! Heinrich know every teeny tiny detail of every mattress in the store!! I told him what I was looking for, he escorted me around to every mattress that might match my preferences, kept track of my likes and dislikes, and ultimately found me the very best, most comfortable mattress I could ever “dream” of and kept it all within my budget!! It feels like heaven!! Yay!! I can’t wait for my mattress to arrive!! Oh and I highly recommend the Signature Adjustable Base!! It turns your bed into a total relaxation station, instead of just a place to sleep! I highly recommend Mattress Firm / Heinrich on New Orleans Rd in Hilton Head.

I went in to buy 2 twin XL mattresses and worked with both Darian and Heinrich the manager of the store. I spent 2 days trying the mattresses. Both were very helpful. I decided to buy and pick up and Heinrich carried them out to my car. If I need to buy more mattresses for our Hilton Head property I will come back here!

Wonderful customer service! Heinrich was very personable in sharing his knowledge, asking us questions related to sleeping preferences, and gave us time to compare our options.
