I love using this company. They're consistent. Great customer service! Bikes are delivered timely. Pricing is fair. When we've had issues, they do their best to fix it. They are definitely my go-to bike people when we visit HH!

Lowsea was an absolute pleasure to deal with! The bike and chair were a big improvement over the previous company the Vacation Company used. Had to make some changes to my reservation that they handled flawlessly. Items were delivered on time and in clean condition. Highly recommend!

They delivered the wrong order and we had a baby carrier on our bike which we didn't order. A phone call and they replaced with the correct order that day. They picked up our bikes a few days early which caused us to miss an annual ride to Harbor town with friends. A phone call and they brought us replacements but too late for our scheduled ride.

Amazing! Drop-off and pickup were done easily without any inconvenience. The bikes were in great working condition and helped make our vacation so fun. Would definitely rent from this company again.

Great price and great customer service! Bikes were delivered to our rental on time. When we had an issue with the brakes on one bike, it was replaced early the next morning. Thanks for the enjoyable rental!

We had a great experience renting bikes for our trip! The best part was not having to worry about pick-up or drop-off—they were delivered right to us and picked up after our stay. It made everything so convenient, and everyone really enjoyed riding them throughout the week. Highly recommend for a hassle-free adventure!

Great experience with renting from Low Sea. Also, everything we rented was a lot cheaper than other rental companies on the island. We rented bikes and beach chairs for our trip. Everything was at the rental property when we arrived. The bikes worked great for getting around the island. The chairs were the ones with the straps so you could carry them on your back. That was amazing because it made it easier to get to and from the beach. All in all a great experience and I'll certainly be renting from them again when we come back.

Great experience renting equipment for our toddler and would book them again! Prompt at drop off and they even accommodated us with a slightly earlier drop off so my daughter could have her afternoon nap in her crib!

Great to work with. Provided good service and included a discount for renting with them because our unit already included bikes from their company (this was added without prompting). Would rent again.
