Such sweet ladies who helped me yesterday. They did not have the specific size or item that I was looking for, but were very helpful in trying to find it online or at another store for me. I ended up finding something else instead. They gift wrapped it for me (which is rare these days)…I very much appreciated their kindness and upbeat attitudes!

Poor customer service. I have visited this store on at least 3 separate occasions while visiting HHI and have never once been acknowledged here. I won't try again.

We visited this store on Friday and Cynthia truly made it a great experience. She made great suggestions for outfits, and took the time to make conversation with my children as we shopped throughout the store. She offered to wrap up my mother in laws birthday gifts for us, and made suggestions on places for us to visit around the island. She truly took the time to make it a personal experience. It’s the little things that separate you from the others- We will definitely be back to shop this location. She was a gem!
