November: “please embroider these 2 shirts with name on the right & the logo on left”Pickup & only logo on left ?“I have to wear one to work so here’s the second shirt for the name”Extra money for setup??!!“Here’s the first shirt you didn’t put the name on”Extra setup money to fix the embroidery error againnnn?“Ok it’s a Christmas gift & maybe they’ll do better”So the shirt has the name in the armpit but the logo is correct.Friday after Xmas return it: “Please center the name like you did the logo”That’s going to be a full reCharge$ … ok, paid it AGAINTHIRTEEN DAYS LATER: “you just dropped it off the other day”& the attitude… a dozen visits & not done yet.

This business is ahhhh-mazing! My wife and I were on vacation and in need of a gift for friends. We wanted something that spoke to their unique personalities, so we looked to the internet to find a small business, instead of a big box store. Boy, did we luck out in finding LETTRS!!! We found a treasure for ourselves in new shoes that fit my horrible, painful feet (bonus that my wife loves them too)... there's jewelry and stationery and bags... But the gift we got for our friends was a gorgeous piece of engraved wood that will be their charcuterie board! OMG... but the greatest treasure at Lettrs is the people! The staff is is epic! Wendy helped us find everything and spent at least an hour of her day acting as our shopping assistant... with such grace, flair and kindness that we returned the following day! Debbie, the owner is personable and approachable and so engaging! And Katie is funny and friendly. All in all, we would give this shop TEN STARS if we could!

Was extremely impressed and satisfied with their prompt service and attention to detail on multiple shirt embroidery jobs. They do the work locally (no middle men delays), so the turnaround speed has been beyond my expectations. Many of the so-called dependable embroidery options in Bluffton have closed for good. For my money, Lettrs will continue to be my first and only call.
