Great pharmacy! Needed an Rx filled from home (Indiana) and they sent it to Kroger here. Easy pickup and very friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone needing an Rx away from home.

No matter how much in advance you order your prescription they will always tell you when you arrive that they are working on it and it will be 20 minutes before it is ready

Kroger on Hilton Head is a good place to shop. One tip - be prepared for low inventory on items in the produce section if you try to shop on a Sunday as this is when a lot of people are coming onto the Island stocking up for their stay. The store always have a nice selection of fresh lunch meat sliced and ready to go. The folks in the deli are efficient and work hard to get everyone served. The store is always clean, has plenty of registers open, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Great place to stock up for your Hilton Head vacation. It's always crowded but they have lots of registers open so the lines aren't long.

Best pharmacy ever!! I feel as though the staff doesn't get enough credit because they are crazy over worked and overlooked. Brenda is my favorite pharmacist - she always helps me understand my insurance and when I have issues with medication. Thank you, Brenda!

The staff is always so helpful. I go in and I'm the person they hate most the one that takes every single apple haha I'm serious but they are always kind enough to grab me a pre counted box from the back which is so helpful in so many ways. Customer service is always willing to help me out and cash my checks even if they have to run around and get the cash. They are always stocking and making sure shelves are full and products are out.

Deli has ignorant customer service. Stood there for 5 minutes for 2 women to ignore us. 2nd experience at this deli. we won't being using the deli or bakery again and if the produce sections has the same issue then we won't be back. We also live here, not vacation!

This Kroger has one of the best beer selections of the grocery stores on the island and they normally have plenty of it. Get anything you may need for the beach as well with them selling boogie boards, sunscreen, and other items too.
