We are visiting from Michigan and our truck has been giving us trouble since we arrived. Our neighbor suggested Island Tire & Auto and we couldn't be more satisfied. They got us in promptly and fixed the problem. Friendly staff and we can't recommend and thank them enough!!

They were very helpful, while on vacation we were rear ended. They were able to quickly cut off the damaged part so it would be safe to drive home for for future repair!

I had them road force balance my 35 inch tires on my jeep and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I had a vibration before hand and you know big tires are hard to keep balanced. They fixed my issue while on vacation. These guys are very good at what they do!

I am not the type of person who typically leaves a review, however I feel the need to let others know about Island Tire South end. I was in Hilton head from Chicago and the AC went out in my Yukon on the drive down. The compressor locked up and the belt snapped. I drove the final 6 hours into town with no AC during the July heat. I asked around on the island and was told by multiple people to use Island Tire. I brought the car over to Barry(owner of island tire south) at Island tire and he gave me a very fair quote. They performed the work quickly and when I came back to pick up the vehicle, they had fixed everything the right way and much to my satisfaction. It was a repair I could have done at home but based on the circumstances I chose to trust Barry’s team to do the job right while on vacation to keep the comfort of my family. In my brief experience, I think Barry truly cares about his customers and doing things the right way, which is why I felt the need to write a review about him. I know the island has 3 different island tire locations, so make sure you use Island tire South End!

I've had two car problems on this vacation in three trips due to errors by the mechanic back home. Both times, Island Tire got me back driving quickly, safely and confidently. I wish I could pack this shop and take it home with me!

If I could give more than five stars, I would. This place was unbelievable! I was vacationing and had a car issue. They worked me in even though they were terribly busy. They were kind, thorough, and professional. And you can’t beat the price. Thank you for easing the anxiety of a two women traveling alone with car trouble.

Wonderful experience!! I'm from out of town and my car was having issues with the tires and steering wheel. I called and Patrick answered. He helped me understand my tire size, asked me to come and was SO helpful when I came in. We got it taken care of right away. He gave me different options and price points which I appreciated. It was quick, easy and a fantastic experience. Patrick deserves 10 stars. He was great customer service and doesn't talk over your head in car jargon. I HIGHLY recommend this play and Patrick! Take your car here!
